I had a ZT 0770CF pocket knife blade close on my right-hand pinky at the Bass Pro Shop in Tallahassee, FL on 1/06/24 nearly cutting the top of it off completely. I needed to go to the emergency room to get sutures that day. The manager wrote an incident report and claimed that Bass Pro corporate would contact me regarding the incident. I wait and eventually decide to leave a voicemail for a representative at the Risk Management Department at Bass Pro corporate on 1/22/24. I received a voicemail from an agent the next day on 1/23/24 and after calling back was told that the manager at the Tallahassee location who wrote up my incident report was incorrect when he told me that corporate was going to contact me about the matter (since medical bills are involved). I was then told that “knives are sharp” and that I should “be more careful”. Thanks Bass Pro corporate, will do.

1st time at the base camp. It was great! The aquarium is a must see. Plan on a whole afternoon there. Plan a couple days if you want to take your time and see everything!

Truck drivers : plz note NO thru access from E. Blaine from the south. Youll end up on skinny neighborhood streets. N Glenstone or Packer Rd only streets thru to E Kearney St. Also check your dropped trailers for landing gear damage as some yard jockeys literally DROP them without lowering all the way. I watched them do it.DC personnel: Why does your intercom have speakers in the dropped trailer lot? Its annoying to hear "Jonathan call 3352 or Larry come to the consolidation desk" at 1-2 am when you're all working late. 6am on Sunday isn't any better. I seriously doubt those people are hanging in the drop lot & surely the yard jockey has a radio... I live to the south & am frequently woke up by the blaring calls. Just wondering....

They don't accept bill of lading, you must have numbers start with 248. There is no overnight parking. If your bill doesn't much you have to make u turn & exit, They don't allow you to hold for 1 mint to call dispatch.

Hello Mr. MikeSo my name is Melisa Richey. I tried to call you but Patrick ended up calling me back. Also, l called corporate on this matter. I worked for your company for almost two months. I did numerous surveys which you know about. I also did numerous credit card sales which you should know about. So I had problems with my the concrete walking on the concrete due to my weight. So I was offered a position to sell the credit cards and I told her sure. But I had also asked her to work me just every other day due to blisters and the pain from my feet. So they proceeded to play games and cut my days to two days. So I don’t like games and I quit. But Patrick proceeded to call me and tell me I didn’t deserve to get any gift cards for the surveys that I did. I feel it was very unfair and wrong. I feel it was stealing from me. I don’t know why Patrick called me back when I asked for you to. Because you’re a very nice and fair man it seems. A girl Complained to me in the eyeglass department about Patrick being so rude and mean and I’ve stood up for him . I said I just can’t believe that well I was wrong. But to give me a reply that he felt like the company had paid me what I was due was very wrong. The lady at corporate said she would investigate it. I guess she’s not . But I know I never signed for any survey cards to have received them. So with Patrick saying he feels I was paid what I was due. I have no clue what he’s talking about that has nothing to do with my survey gift cards. Which I did at least 30 and Patrick told me that I would get $10 per card they charge it a few weeks later. Patrick says he apologize it would be $60 a month. This was when I first started. So is your company happy about taking from people? I told Patrick l would do reviews on the websites about this. It is wrong and unfair. I brought my uniforms back and my lD and everything due back to the company. I did these surveys to get my daughter shoes and stuff. At first, l thought it was $10 cash so l was trying to push so many to help get my daughter a wedding dress. I was told l was doing so well that l would be an employee of the month. But to steal my gift cards ? or not give them to me is wrong. I will do this on every site. Your company makes employees or requires everyone to sell these credit cards and push them all day on the microphone. Lord only knows what y’all make. Employees who don’t even know how to sell are terrified to work there. I worked more than anyone and sold more than anyone in my department. Then your company act like this is Despicable. Stealing a poor single ladies gift cards that is due to her . I hope you reply with a more professional manner, Than Your side kick Patrick . I told Patrick l will do reviews on this . I went to have lunch with my daughter I meant a lot of her friends everybody seem to be very nice when it used to be zenith I work there and it sure is different there now it's really nice I enjoyed my visit

WHY DID I RECEIVE A CATALOGUE WHEN I HAVE NO RELATIONSHIP WITH CABELA'S AND I'M ON A NATIONAL DO NOT MAIL LIST????? And then I have to spend 10 minutes on the phone getting off the list. AND aren't all junk mail items required to include opt out instructions? All that's been accomplished in sending me a catalogue is strong me on EVER shopping at Cabela's!

This place will cheat you out of your hard earned dollars.purchased gun online had it shipped to FFL dealer bass pro.dis the background check,they gave me no awnsers except i could not pick up the gun i made it back there a few times to check in they gave me a number to call.called it they said sorry cant help you.they bot refund my money giving me the run around and i got so fed up with it,i walked away in disbelief and disgust and never contacted them again anout it bec I see this not going anywhere.almost a year later and only thing I think about is the money i lost.

Bought a H12 kayak from Memphis after a horrible 3hr ordeal with the laziest employees on the planet..well had an issue right off the start ..contacted white river about the issue not really interested in warranty ..so they said they would contact Memphis bass pro so they can send me a return slip well that is not going to happen so im stuck with a broken $1000 kayak I still have yet to be able to use..I hate your stores due to the lack of interest your employees have for customers as they watched me drag a H12 kayak through the largest bass pro in the country and not one offered any kind of help or anything....I will never set foot in another bass pro shop again ..but that bring us back to my kayak I would like to mail back to you or who ever you are for a replacement ..thank you for the problem!! June 20th 2023 still no resolve or care to honor there manufacturers warranty...they lie.

As a food delivery person, this is the consistently worse place to run orders too. No tips, expect free service, don't explain where they are at, and are frankly unfriendly. You'd think they'd be nicer since we are all in Customer service.
