I ordered online to pickup in store. Great prices and easy to navigate website. Discount for signing up for emails. Was quickly notified order was ready for pickup, and Angela installed my replacement cell phone battery. 😊

Had cash in hand to purchase multiple batteries totalling near $1000. Could not get the discount prices offered on the website, so had to leave and buy them all online at a later time, one at a time, multiple transactions, to get the best price. More than one battery at a time exceeds the maximum discount allowed on the website. When I went to pick them up, the clerk had to ring up multiple refunds for the core charges, one of which he missed. Since he refused to provide me a paper copy of the refund receipt, I had no way to prove it until my cc statement updated. Supposedly BP only will do emailed receipts for online purchases, even if you are at the store in person. I did receive one receipt via email, out of the five transactions. Still don't know which refund he failed to process. Store employees were great, mostly, company policy sucks. A customer at the store should be able to get the same price as someone ordering on line, and should not have to make multiple transactions and multiple trips to make purchases. Customer service does not mean let's make it as difficult for the customer as we can.

I meant to send this a few days ago... The service I received here on Sunday the 25th of August 2024 was exceptional! I had the unfortunate experience of my phone being damaged by an employee of another store in the area, I won't go into detail of that incident but suffice to say the management team of that store was exceptional at handling the situation as well.
When I came here I had tried for hours to get my phone to turn back on for several hours the night before but eventually gave up. When I arrived and entered I was greeted by Jon and Trace (I think that is how it is spelled, sorry). Trace took my phone and got it to power on, after some conversation and notifying me they didn't have any repair parts on hand, he offered to take it a part to look inside and try to figure out why it wasn't powering on prior.
While waiting for the machine to separate my case they were incredibly helpful to several customers all while tending to me. Their customer service service skills are 10/10. Once the machine had separated my case Trace carefully examined my entire device but could find no cause for the issues I was experiencing. I happily paid the minor fee for the examination and went on my way.
Several hours later my phone started going blank screen but still made the lock/unlock sounds. I called them back literally minutes before closing and Jon answered the phone. I explained what was happening and he gave exceptional service and advice once more! 10/10 service, I would recommend them to my friends and family if I wasn't from out of state. Thanks again Jon and Trace!!!

The battery in my Honda pilot was bad and needed to be replaced. I called O'Reilly and Auto Zone to see if they would replace the battery. Both places said they were unable to go it because it was "too involved". All it entailed was popping off a plastic piece and removing a couple screws to the air duct to access the battery compartment. Batteries+ said no problem! Greg was a great help and had no issue removing the pieces to replace the battery. I know where I'll be going for all future battery needs! And then some!
