Went to Best Buy to check out some computer parts for an upgrade to my school computer. The place is bigger than I remembered, but in the span of probably 10 minutes I had 4 or 5 different workers approach me and check if I needed help navigating the store. A couple stopped and took time to answer all my novice questions about different computer parts and clarify some things I was confused on. All this while the store was packed with people. Solid employees here.

I have a service membership with Geek Squad and I needed a little help with an old mac computer that I have. It's super old and out dated but I love this computer so I really didn't want to just get rid of it. I was met by Cooper at the Geek Squad desk and he listed to my concerns about the computer and quickly addressed them. I know it was probably very easy for him to do but he went over and beyond to help me with my old computer and got it up and going in no time. I was kinda expecting for him just to say sorry it's too old and no we can't help but he actually cared.
Great customer service experience with Cooper! Thanks again!

Customer service sucks!!! My husband and I went to look at Smart T.V.'s and the whole time looking at them, absolutely NO ONE came to help us. At least 10 employees walked past us while going into the back of the store and not a one asked if we had been helped, can I help you, let me get someone to help you. Nada!!!
And then when my husband does get someone, he's no help either! My husband had questions and when the kid (who didn't really want to help, just play on his phone) gets over there, he just stands there. Doesn't ask anything.
Then when we go to take it out, he transfer it to a different cart and says here you are. A good customer service person would have helped take it out.
And as we are walking out the door, my husband tells me that he's not going to take it all the way out to his truck. There are 2 guys walking back in and instead of saying that he'll help, one of them and he was older, says, well if you do just bring it back in, don't leave it in the parking lot. For that, we should have left it in the parking lot! But, my husband didn't hear him, or he would have!
I won't go in here again!
Customer service sucks!!!
