“I could not be happier with my experience today. I took my son to Springfield (1.5 hour drive) to find him a slightly nicer bike and was becoming disheartened to learn that every shop was well out of our price range. When we got here we were greeted by the nicest guy who helped my son find a bike to fit his height and our budget. And when my son was overwhelmed and scared because the recommended bike was too big he gave us our space and didn't guilt me for having a spoiled brat or my son for having a tough time with being scared in front of people he didn't know. Straight up 10/10”

“Super knowledgeable and eager to help! I felt my bike was the wrong size for me after owning it for a year but after speaking with the staff and a within warranty tune-up, it's now prefect for me. They taught and showed me several different ways to set up ergonomics properly and how to care for it.
The products can be pricey but all of it seems high quality and worth the money. 2 year warranty on their bikes has been worth the price for me.”
