“Came in as a noob, left with knowledge that has granted me further confidence to ride!! Absolutely will be returning to this shop for all of my future cycling needs. The staff is enthusiastic and ready to teach, and the prices are affordable— seriously, get to this shop and get yourself acquainted with the services here. I cannot wait to get on my bike and start this adventure into the sport, without judgement!!”

“I had just bought my 4 year old son his first bike with pedals, I assembled it the best I could but I was doing something wrong and doing what I could with what tools I had (which was not the right tools) after I thought i had it the handle bars popped right off and I was so frustrated. I called Bicycle Outlet and the guy on the phone said to bring it in and they'd take a look at it. Once I got there a younger gentleman took care of it right away and explained to me what needed to be done and how it works and let my little one watch 😊 i didnt catch his name but he was so helpful and friendly on the phone and in person and I super appreciate the help he gave. 100% recommend doing business with these guys. They seem to know what their doing and are very friendly.”
