Our Hunter-Douglas window treatments on our front door failed. Top-down/bottom-up blinds, except they wouldn’t go up. No big deal, just call a repair tech… except there are none in my area of Memphis, Tenn. So I call Hunter-Douglas and they tell me that the closest tech to me is: Blinds Plus in Springfield, Mo.I called and originally spoke with Jessica. Super nice and we both had a laugh about the situation. She tells me that they would be happy to repair them, just send them along. I had them back in one week (only because UPS takes that long) and they look fantastic! Big thanks to Jessica, Keith, and the whole Blinds Plus team.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ??

With the addition of a 400 sq. ft. sunroom included 4 very large windows and sliding door. A lot or glass that faces east and south. Blinds were needed for sure. I originally was going to order on line but while in Springfield decided to visit an actual brick and mortar store. Wow was that the best decision ever. Jessica was an absolute game changer. Her product knowledge was awesome. She really does care about her customers. Once we settled on a product an appointment was set for measurements. The order was quickly made soon after and delivery and installation was much quicker than estimated. I would give them 10 stars if able. I have already ordered more blinds for our bedroom. Thanks again I will never use anyone else for blinds.

Jessica was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient in helping us by carefully explaining all options of product availability. From the selection, coming out to measure, to the installation they were highly professional and meticulous in ensuring we received a wonderful product with exceptional service. From start to finish the attention to detail far surpassed anywhere else we had looked. I would HIGHLY recommend Blinds Plus!

I’ve used Blinds Plus twice. Once about 15 years ago for a house in Springfield and once recently for a house in West Plains. Both experiences were excellent. When I lived in Springfield they came to my house to measure my windows before I ordered and then came back to install the blinds. West Plains is pretty far from Springfield, so this time I sent them the window measurements and they drop shipped the blinds from the manufacturer to my house. They were easy to install. I ordered white 2 inch real wood blinds with the assisted lift system. I love them. I would definitely order them again. One of the blinds (1 out of 13) came damaged. It must have happened at the Hunter Douglas facility. The blinds are very well packed for shipping. I emailed Keith pictures of the damage and he ordered a replacement immediately. The replacement was as beautiful as the others.

Jessica joyfully spent nearly two hours helping me select a variety of fabrics, colors and styles of honeycomb and roller blinds for our new home. What makes this “over-the-top” customer service is that she did all this knowing the sale goes to the store in another state.Blinds Plus in Springfield is also where we found window treatments for a home in 2003 and another in 2007.Thank you Keith & Jessica Holland

It is so rare to find someone in a box store to ever help ya which is why I only shop at smaller places...and as always staying small equals big excellent service and kindness and going to Blinds Plus only added more proof to my theory of small=good.Thank you for help!K

I have done business with Blinds Plus for several years for my Interior Design business and Keith has always handled my clients in a professional manner.I have recently purchased a new home and Blinds Plus installed shutters in a timely manner and installation was excellent. We truly had a 5-star experience dealing with Blinds Plus. We live an hour west of Springfield in Carthage and they were more than happy to make the drive over to measure the windows, and then again to do the install. We did have an issue with one of the shades as the particular model of blackout roller shades we chose rolled up on the opposite side of the drum from all other blinds in their portfolio and no one realized it until the install. However, one phone call with Keith and they worked with us to make it right and made a third trip to Carthage to install the replacement shades. We highly recommend Blinds Plus for all your blinds/shades projects.

These folks were wonderful to deal with. From my first visit with Alesia at the store to see what blinds were available, to Kevin coming to our house to measure the windows and take the order, to Adam installing them. It was a very positive experience. We really like the Hunter Douglas blinds.
