Been using BluCurrent for our 501c3 Public Charity for over a year. Setup was smooth, without any real problems. Best of all they weren't trying to charge absurd monthly "account balance" fees, unlike my bank that wanted over $200+ a year in fees unless we had a large monthly income or balance, something unreasonable for a small 501c3 Public Charity.

I just moved back into Springfield,mo.I am with Meritrust Credit Union ,but used Blue Current as my partner bank when I lived here before . The older lady that was so sweet,even though she was always distraught because of her co workers , which she had shared with me . It definitely is not the same experience this time. I am returning on 09/11/23 & the same" very not happy about her job",it seems ,is helping me one more . It took her a decade to count my money last time too. I was waiting in teller line for 20 minutes. Ridiculous. May need to find another bank. #readyforanything

Staff is always very nice and helpful. And i love how anytime i take my dogs thru the drive-thru, they are always so happy to see them and give them treats!!

About a month ago I opened an account with BluCurrent with plans of moving all of my banking to them. However, it's been almost a month now and I still have not received my debit card. I found out that they do not issue their debits cards and that a 3rd party issues them. Now I have concerns about how much they will be on top of debit card fraud and am beginning to lose trust in this banking institute.Edit: I have called and someone has been in touch with me numerous times. Most recently offering to cancel the card and order a new card with another at least 2 week wait. Up until now I have declined, however by next week I'll have to accept and WAIT at the very least another 2 weeks. Honestly, something as important as a debit card, especially one being created & sent by a 3rd party should be prioritized and sent priority mail or at the very least sent with a tracking number. I feel it's irresponsible to do otherwise.

I am a loyal BluCurrent customer, and this new location is awesome! The staff are so friendly & helpful, and the location has easy access. Definitely check out this new branch!
