Got my new cell from Justin, Highly recommend talking to him if your looking for a new cell or service. Great costomer service and takes the time to work with you and help with your phone needs. Will be going back in fth future for my family's phones.

I have been been a Boost Customer since 2010,and usually didn't like going to the store front unless needed but Justin and Jennifer on Glen Stone are AWESOME!
They follow through until you are comfortable with your purchase and understand everything you have on your phone .They are Phenomenal!

Went in there to get a phone because I was so tired of my service charging me more and more. Justin got me switched over and was nothing but amazing and professional. Was helpful, thoughtful and went the extra mile to make sure I got the best deals possible. Highly recommend!

I went here with my teen daughter a few days ago to get new service. The employee made us very uncomfortable - he was a bit handsy, talked rudely about an elderly customer that had been in the store previous to us, repeatedly kept taking out his pocket knife and playing with it, saying how he used it to take care of "tweakers" and gave me his personal number. At that point I was in a rush to get my daughter and I out of the store. I ended up canceling service and going with US Cellular. Customer service was easy, but I had to return to the store to get a refund of the $40 "service fee" they charge to order phones online (which you are more than capable of doing yourself). The store nor the customer service representative told me the fee was non-refundable. The CSR referred me back to the store for a refund. When I went last night, I had to speak to the manager - I explained what happened and asked for the refund with the receipt. The manager began with "I know for a fact no one told you that" (because the fee is nonrefundable apparently), was very rude, kept talking over me, and raised his voice. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Boost Mobile is not worth the problems when there are so many other competitive services available now. This manager and employee have no business working with the public in the capacity that they do. I filed an official complaint with Boost Mobile as well. Do yourself a favor (especially if you're a woman) and stay away.
