Response to owner: The large amounts of hair left in the washers, dryers not heating properly, having to wait for a dryer that's being occupied for that reason, looked as though the place hadn't been cleaned in a while. Amongst other things that id rather not share.Not trying to bash u guys. The customer service was nice.
