I experienced complete rudeness and hateful behavior the cashier barely spoke to me had the most hateful look on her face. I asked if they were doing layaway and she said yes. I shopped went to check out and she told me it ended yesterday! I would definitely go to the other Burlington. I will never go to Burlington again!
Register 7 was where she was.

Worst trip the employees were rude and slow. I have a toddler who can’t hold its blatter and there was a line to get in the stalls because the upper staff said someone was going to unlock it and didn’t . I walked out and left !!!!!!!

I tried calling this location about getting a product in and they either don't try to look for it or they tell me there's no one in that department able to look for it, which just feels like horrible customer service. When I call the other Burlington across town they immediately tried to help me out and have even given me times when I can call back hoping to help me find what I'm looking for. I notice a real difference between the locations, hopefully this one can change for the better.
