I give this store a one-star rating due to I came in and I was looking for a suitcase they have all the suitcases zippers security tag together so you are not allowed to look inside of the suitcases to make sure that that's going to suit you you would literally have to go get associate hope they will come and unlock each one that you want to look inside them if they won't you are blindly buying a suitcase.

Great store. Most of the people who work there are incredibly kind and very informative. The managers are top notch, they always go above and beyond for me me. Also they have great sales and good merchandise.

This is the worst store ever. I don’t recommend this place. This old lady at the washita store was extremely rude to me when I tried to make a return, I will never comeback again.
