CASE MANAGEMENTSecuring Case Management services has been a frustrating process, with missed appointments and no replies to my messages. While I understand that individuals with mental health issues can be challenging to work with, I expect caseworkers to be familiar with the nature of their job. Some of my experiences included caseworkers cancelling appointments after scheduling them, or refusing to help me until the next appointment without any set date. As someone with an invisible disability, I know my difficulties are not unique, but I dislike how some people use stereotypes about mental health issues to evade accountability. Given my organized approach to scheduling, I didn't appreciate being gaslit by the assigned team that was supposed to assist me.THERAPYKendrick Payne has been providing excellent therapy services that I have thoroughly enjoyed. He is empathetic and engaging, and his approach is exemplary. I have had several therapists in the past, but Kendrick's services have been the best. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a therapist who genuinely connects with their clients and is committed to helping them.CALL MASKSThe Burrell Behavioral Health call masks are a significant issue. I am tired of receiving calls that I cannot return because nobody has left me a valid way to reach them, and I often end up being transferred multiple times when I call to try and speak to the person who contacted me. You can't even call the number back because it is a call mask that does not transfer you to the main line or anything. It is frustrating that we are expected to stay in touch with relevant parties concerning our care and that of our loved ones, yet we are being called from a number we can't return. We are pushed through the labyrinthine maze that is the Burrell Behavioral Health switchboard, risking being late or entirely missing our appointment as a result. I don't think anyone who wishes to avoid direct calls from their consumers could work in the mental health industry. I want to give a shout-out to the providers within Burrell Behavioral Health who have given direct numbers so that we can reach them when we need to and return their calls promptly.

Drive a hour & half for because it says it was open today, they are not open... Why not fix or post this on you Google? This site and search site is extremely too well used for it not to know is a place is closed. Definitely will call for now on but this is not overly acceptable, be better google and this establishment needs to do the same. P.s. They need better physicians to give injections, they have been giving them in horrible spots causing more painful recovery including not allowing it to spread and just inflaring from how fast the just pushing a descent sized shot with a good inch needle!! Plz do better...

This place really has saved my life! They help me with mental health and addiction. Even whenever I showed up and really rough shape. I broke down and told them the truth. And they still helped me. My provider Hillary is awesome! Her and I really get on the level. She's giving me second chances. Her the nurse and the caseworker have always been there for me. I just want to say thank you. Respectfully, Hollis

Im living at South Creek Apartment Project on a government grant and am on the waiting list for the steps program. I'm very pleased the project has kept me out of all women's prison and kept me safe in mental health court.

And they are rude my experience here has not been a good one. I take medication and they hold onto my meds for me but if something happens too my meds like what happend tonight they got wet they are too busy too bring me my medication replacements also ACT-TAY is a team full of immature adults who dont really understand mental illness

I hear a lot of my friends have bad experiences here, but I really enjoyed the ACT-TAY program (youth program to young adult). They rocked! The ACT team (adult program) is alright. They do seem to care, but I haven't seen my counselor for almost a month!! Idk what they are thinking. Anyway, I love this company. Thank you Burrell for all that you do. I would definitely work there.
