The woman at the front desk immediately when out to take a look, came back in and said they could repair with a small application of glue. She was insistent that I didn't owe her anything as it was "just a small amount of glue". I appreciate this level of customer service and kindness. Prepared for the current business environment of slimy cell phone providers in which businesses always want to deny anything is wrong or skirt around their responsibility in it, I cannot tell you how refreshing it was when Brook took the call asked us to come back in and they would fixe it without another word.
