Joe and his team are phenomenal! I hit a deer the other day, totaled the car I was financing through them. Joe brought me in, dropped what I owed, and got me in a new car within 5 hours! And of course I kept the deer!

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The process was quick and easy. We came prepared with the suggested verifications so that helped, but the staff were very informative and they were the ones who got us through it with ease.

Our previous experience with Car Mart was not great but that was before Colton. Colton went above and beyond to help us get back into a vehicle that fit our needs. From start to finish, everyone we encountered was so welcoming and helpful. This is our 3rd vehicle purchase through Car-Mart and by far our best experience! Previous experience with car mart in Lebanon made me unsure if carmart was a place I wanted to do business with. However, Joe and Arianna were incredible and made the whole process so seamless. I was in and out quickly and their hospitality made the process seem so much less daunting. Would recommend this dealership and will be visiting them with any car needs.

Dave makes a big decision (i.e purchasing a vehicle) comfortable and confident. The entire staff for that matter was as friendly and makes everything an enjoyable experience. No pressure what so ever. Dave walked me thru everything and explained any kind concerns I had with the knowledge I lacked.
