“Excellent Customer Service! I originally went to Mr. Mister (do NOT recommend) and had my vehicle washed twice, it still wasn’t clean, but I thought that’s the best this system could do. I proceed to clean the interior of my car, and all is going well until I went to vacuum my car. None of the vacuums were working. I walk over to the attendant and he proceeds to tell me that when it’s raining (which it was not) they TURN OFF THEIR VACUUMS so that the rain doesn’t damage their 1’000’s of dollars worth of equipment! I asked him why they didn’t have a sign posted at the point of payment informing customers that their vacuums are TURNED OFF? This is a big part of cleaning your vehicle. Had I known their vacuums were off, I wouldn’t have paid 18.00 to wash my car, I would’ve went somewhere else!So I decide to go to Blue Iguana and see if their vacuums were on. I asked the attendant and he said, why yes! I told him I just wanted a basic wash that I just had the vehicle washed but I really just need to vacuum it, I was willing to pay for a wash just to use their vacuums. He was so courteous and nice, he said “I’m not going to charge you for a wash you don’t need, just to use our vacuums. The gate lifted and he directed me over to the vacuum area. I had explained to him what had happened at Mr Mister, and he couldn’t understand why they would turn off their vacuums. Anyways, this place has Earned my business! There are nice ppl still left in this world. Their vacuums did a great job, and they even have the high pressure air gun to get into tiny spaces, something Mr Mister did not have. Thank You to the nice young man who waited on me. He’s a keeper and an absolute asset to your business!”

“Update: The new gas pumps are appear to be have arrived and the old ones are now being replacedI don't think I've ever gone inside, but I have gotten gas here a few times. Sometimes it's cheaper than the Kum & Go across the street, most of the time it's the same. Several pumps (maybe half) have been out of order for quite a while. Several months. But it looks like the management has responded to other reviews to say that they are getting some new pumps, which will be nice. I just wonder how much longer it'll be. I bet the employees are just as ready for the new pumps as we all are.”

“I went to the one in glenstone and I wasn't impressed. If you vaccum first like I do in order to wash after vacuuming you'd have to leave the lot meaning turning left just to get right in middle lane to turn left back into the lot then get it washed. Middle of the day you'll be sitting there a long time to turn into traffic just to go back and wash the car. After 15 minutes I gave up turned right instead cuz Im over waiting. I'm a member at a competing car wash place and I was just checking them out just in case I'm unhappy with my membership. They don't have the handheld blow thing that gets caked in stuff off the floors of your vehicle and I have kids that spend time in the car so I need those extras to clean my vehicle better. Idk just wasn't impressed”

“I stopped by on a Friday to use a self-service bay to use the sprayer after fixing a power steering leak so I could make sure the leak was resolved. I swiped my card where I saw it said it would charge me $2.00. I sprayed the spots off. Put the sprayer up and left. The following Tuesday I noticed a $10 charge on my debit card that was no longer pending (so not a temporary hold). I called and spiked with Matt and explained. He told me there’s a red button under the card reader you’re supposed to press when you’re done or it will continue to charge your card and give you access to use the sprayer, brush, etc. until a max of $10. I told him I didn’t see that instruction. As a note, it may have been there and I didn’t pay close enough attention, I don’t know for sure. He told me he’d look at their system to make sure it had charged me the $10 and if so he would refund the difference. Less than an hour later he called and left me a message saying he did see the charge and he refunded the $8 to my card and it should show up within 7 days. He also reminded me for future use to make sure I press the red button when I’m done. I appreciate that I could easily reach someone and that they were not only reasonable but quick to resolve my concern and explain how to avoid it in the future. I will definitely use them again. And I’ll remember to press the red button! Thanks Matt!”

“We have only used the do it yourself dog wash. There are two stainless steel tubs with a sprayer. You pay with change or debit/credit card. $5 for 8 minutes and 25 cents for each additional minute. It has many options for shampoo, flea and tick shampoo, etc. I used 11 minutes which was plenty of time to do what was needed. Very simple and easy plus the tubs are high enough so you dont have to bend over to wash your mammal. Highly recommend.”

The truck came out with some dirt still in spots and the guys hand cleaned everything before they finished. The truck was clean, inside and out. The staff was nice, professional, and efficient.
