One customer found the interior cleaning, even at the most expensive level, to be insufficient, with crumbs left on seats and glass left streaked with bug splatters and road grime. Another noted that an employee did not properly check a vacuum trap. There have also been inconsistencies with posted closing times, resulting in inconvenience. Despite these issues, many customers appreciate the friendly staff and the availability of the Unlimited Wash Club® for value and convenience at locations nationwide.

I have had the exterior and interior package for the past two years. The service is always great, my car always looks fantastic, you cannot beat the results and it’s all done so quickly that it is hard to believe.
