I couldn’t have better things to say about The Carpet Shoppe! From the moment I first spoke with one of the operators, and being sent to sales, They listened to my situation of having a dog tear up my carpet. They were so kind and assured me to bring in a small piece and they would help me match it. I brought a small tattered piece of carpet and was helped by Kurt. Kurt showed me around and did his best to help me match my small piece of carpet to their very large rolls. The abundance of what they had was overwhelming but Kurt made it easy to go to roll to roll knowing which one was darker, or which one was lighter along the process of elimination. He was not only informative, but caring to my situation. He helped with sample pieces, starting out to go home and see what matched best. I had been place to place trying to figure out my best option and all lead me to here. They were better priced compared to Lowe’s, Home Depot, and carpet one but the customer service is what sealed the deal.

Start to finish we enjoyed our experience with Chris Carson as he guided us through our flooring purchase at The Carpet Shop. We got beautiful, quality carpet at a great price. Our installer, Mitch, was excellent and how experience showed in every detail of our install. We highly recommend this business.

Great place to shop for carpet, rugs, and tile. Very friendly and great quality products. David and Karen are great to work with and know the products. Install was great and craftsmanship always is excellent.

My sister recommended we go to The Carpet Shoppe when we were looking to carpet all four bedrooms of our home. I was leary at first, thinking they would be much more expensive than others since I viewed them as the "elite" shop in town. Boy was I wrong! Not only did they give us an amazing price, but Karen Ruwwe was amazing to work with and truly went the extra mile to earn our business. They not only got a sale, they got a loyal customer for life. Five stars with no hesitation, highly recommended!

Being a landlord, being able to get quick turn-around on a carpet order is important. Kristen was very helpful in helping us get measured, choosing an appropriate carpet, and scheduling the install. We will use her again!

My experience with The Carpet Shop was excellent. David B was knowledgeable about all of the flooring and knew the answers to my questions. He also asked things I hadn’t thought of, to make sure I would get the flooring that was best for my home. I ended up going with a beautiful laminate,Mohawk RevWood, which ended up being a better price and quality than the LVP I started with. The prices and service were top notch, from beginning to end, and in one instance OVER AND ABOVE what was promised. I will definitely use them again based on this experience. Very happy with my experience.

Jeff and his team have been great to work with! We are building a new home and our builder suggested The Carpet Shoppe. They have been very accommodating with helping us pick the flooring for our new home and we are selling our current home and needed some carpet repair and they sent over Paul and Paul was very professional and productive in helping us fix a few areas of carpet.

My wife and I decided to remodel our home. We needed the whole interior of the house painted, new carpet in the bedrooms, new ceramic tile for the kitchen floor, and new backsplash to compliment the new granite. We went, multiple times, to a total of five different carpet and flooring companies. To make a long story short, everything we were looking for we found at The Carpet Shoppe. Tina King is outstanding. She was patient, always made herself available, and is extremely knowledgeable. She listened to what we wanted and proceeded to take our vision and make it a reality without any sales pressure. Pricing was very competitive and the installers were top notch. Tina even recommended a painting company to us. So save yourself a lot of running around and go visit Tina at The Carpet Shoppe. You'll be happy you did!
