Stopped in for an issue I was having with the trim around the windshield on my wife's car. The woman at the front desk immediately when out to take a look, came back in and said they could repair with a small application of glue. She was insistent that I didn't owe her anything as it was "just a small amount of glue". I appreciate this level of customer service and kindness. I will utilize Carsten for any of my auto glass needs in the future and would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Carsten. I had a small crack in my windshield from the cold, and they worked with my insurance and got it fixed two days later. It only took an hour or so, and it was completely hassle free.

I had an unexpected indoor water feature appear in my car earlier this week. I took it to get resealed with the possibility that the shop would have to replace to whole windshield. Nope, the Carsten Auto team added some sealant at no cost & said to call them back if it gives me any more trouble. Huge thanks to the folks at Carsten Auto Glass for getting my car in so quickly and checking it out. I had a small issue with my front windshield that was installed 2 weeks ago. I called Paul at the South Glenstone location and he said to come down and he will take a look at my issie. I pulled up and the problem was fixed in 10 seconds. GREAT SERVICE. This is why I support LOCAL BUSINESS.
