I would have rated this location zero stars but you can't do that. I went in this morning to use their facilities. The trash was full, bloody bandaid on the floor, shredded toilet paper on the floor, pubic hair on the toilet, the sink had junk all over it, and the guy didn't even put the paper towels in the dispenser. Also, the young guy who works overnights there is extremely rude, always on his phone, and he doesn't bother to even speak to the customers. I used to love this location but now I don't believe I will be going back.

Theres a woman working in the mornings that is absolutely rude to almost anyone that comes in. today she was working alongside the employee that actually checked me out. I had brought my own cups in and gotten a pop and a water and after he had rang up my drinks she promptly came over and took over trying to charge me for the water as a brand new pop and over charged me for the fountain refill and argued with me telling me I was a liar and the cup was brand new and I had to point out all the scuffs on it. She rings me up frequently enough that she should know my routine. I come in EVERYDAY and buy new pops and refill my cups with water and this was absolutely ridiculous and the worst service I've ever recieved. Customer service doesn't mean be a total bully just because you think you can. I'll be seeing you tomorrow morning.

No one at counter when I arrived. Kitchen staff doing inventory and saw me but no effort made to assist me. Had to yell out that I needed help before counter showed up with a sour sneery face. Poor service. 1 star

Woman behind the register was rude and accusing stating the bathrooms were closed. The door to both stalls were open. Won’t be going to caseys anymore.

The female boss is always leaving the counter when customers come in......
Looks like she called a man up to her job to hear complaints about the other man working hard while she took a break. Just messy. The other man was waiting outside the door by his car, staring in the store. If you are beefing with your employees, the customers shouldn't know. She said if he gets a break, so do I. She's the manager. ... the black food manager should run that place. He has class and professionalism.

The person behind the counter was very friendly, but it's awful that every Casey's had garbage pumps. They're always broken, or the screen doesn't work. I had to prepay on my debit card because none of the screens were working.

Look at all these one-star reviews. All for one person. Keisha is terrible and does not value her job. I can not believe how I was just treated by her. Hopefully, upper management will step in. It's clear that store management is fine with her killing this stores business. What a shame.

Over charged me for Large ice Coffee 4.99 before tax. Then would not come to the front for pizza delivery for 30 minutes. They should have hired me to be store manager Id fire the staff in there and Id hire some people that want to work and do their Job because that's ridiculous Ive worked as a assistant manager for convenience store and that is not how you run a store.

You have the most rude employee I’ve ever experienced working the cash register. I’ve been multiple times and the African American lady whose always sitting at the cash register is rude, unhelpful, sour and needs to be moved to a different job at this location.
