The breakfast pizza was not good. The cashier was horrible. No greeting, really nothing seemed to be extremely impatient. All I got was a piece of pizza. It was extremely easy, but she couldn't be nice for one second. I will not be back.

I came in the store about 5:40 pm Christmas Eve and made myself a Frappuccino. I returned to my vehicle and showed my wife what we could make ourselves, she told me what flavors she would've gotten. To make sure she had time to get one the way she'd like, I ran inside and asked what time they were closing (6). So I quickly ran over to the iced coffee section and made my wife her Frappuccino before they closed. I proceeded to the counter to pay. Now I had my coffee (halfway gone at this point and the ice cream had melted) still in hand when I came in to make hers. Once the cashier seen my second cup she makes a snarky remark about how I should've been charged for 2. She thought i refilled my cup while making my wifes and didnt believe me when i said i had not. I even had to go as far as showing the second cashier that the ice cream in the half empty cup was melted and that the one I'd just paid for was far from melting before the first cashier reluctantly, and while rolling her eyes, told me to have a good night. To be accused of being a thief and her still implying my cup was empty upon re-entry, even after showing the proof as the first cup was all melted, was the most embarrassing thing I've ever encountered in a store. On Christmas Eve of all days. It was clear as day that I had not refilled the cup and instead of apologizing when I made her aware that her accusations were ridiculous and entirely implausible she was rude and snarky and felt the need to embarrass me in front of the entire store. I love Casey's iced coffee and buy one everyday, now because of the rudeness of your employees, I will not be back. Kum n go iced coffee will have to do now I guess.

Oh my goodness I love this store. Bethany makes the best sandwich just how I like it. Those workers are the best and so kind they're always happy and that tells me a lot about the working environment.. they have the best pizza donuts cookies the list goes on and on and my dog loves getting ice cream from there!!

The worst employees I've ever seen working at a Casey's, anywhere. They play on their phones with their backs to you..as you're standing in line, waiting to pay for your items! How do they have jobs?

I try to avoid this Casey's as much as possible but sometimes it's inevitable. The whole place is employed by people that are obviously on drugs and can't do their job ever. Also, not very clean and the pizza is always old looking. Hope that one day they can find workers that aren't crackheads and can actually run the place like other casey's around. Sad.
