Used my card at the pump for 3.57 in gas after that transaction had processed my cash app card was hit for $150 dollar purchase!!!!!!
I NEVER WALKED IN THE STORE !!! Yet the purchase for $150 was attempted inside after I had left the store parking lot. I only had a small one gallon can with me when I put the $3.57 in.

Eta: the woman smoking outside in her apron is the manager. THE MANAGER!!!
The older lady cook wiped her face with her hand and then touched a napkin and then dropped said napkin on the pizza she was making. She wears her apron outside sits on the ground and smokes before returning to her job and may or may not wash her hands. I will never eat pizza there again.

Just a bunch of weird people work here no customer service. Presentation is sloppy and never have there stuff together this is also a newer store very disappointing no diffrent then the now closed fast and friendly next door

I tried to get gas mere minutes ago. Pump 7 is having an issue and wasn't clearing in the rewards. I selected help button outside- nothing. I called to talk to someone. On hold for 10 minutes no one answered. I gave up. Won't be back.

Where to begin.. women’s bathroom all stalls were locked except one, no one using them. Handicap stall locked and unoccupied, no out of order signs up if that was the case, judging by what happened next I assume it’s because they don’t want to clean. Unsweetened ice tea nozzle was covered in white debris at the top and the tea was jammed, completely full at the top with nothing coming out but a trickle from the white hose on the spigot, hose opening covered with black specks on right side looked like mold. Alerted a young employee in the kitchen who said it probably wasnt mold and walked away. Also alerted the cashier who said they would take cafe of it and then saw no action being taken to pull the tea canister at the very least because the nozzle was broken. From the ADA violation with the bathroom being locked and not signed correctly to issue of cleanliness guidelines I won’t be back.

They do not know how to answer the phone at this store I have been calling for a while day now and nobody can answer the phone I waited on hold for 2 hours and nobody picked up the phone. I would not recommend this store

There is a man who works here who is older, wears glasses, who slicks his shorter hair back. Unfortunately he has never worn a name tag so I can't mention his name. I've been here several times, and he is as rude as can be. Short, curt, and almost on the line of being aggressive. No greeting, no goodbye, acts like he hates his position.
Additionally - the line here has been excessive each time I've come with only one person ringing the till. You can barely find a spot to park at all times. When you have business like that it clearly warrants more help, there's no reason the company can't afford it. As someone who has managed world class truck stops most of my life - I know the profit margins on these places, it's a company being cheap.
All of that said I have a Walmart+ membership where I can not only save 10¢ per gallon of fuel, but can also schedule a pickup of any additional items I need, pay a fraction of the price you would pay at a convenience store, a much bigger selection, and never have to leave my vehicle and deal with the absurd crowds of this understaffed non-caring store. Walmart is directly across the street and is easier to get in/out of than this location.
Your competition is tough. I'd rather do the aforementioned than continue shopping here. I've given it multiple chances now and this seems to always be the case. I fully believe each of the other relevant negative reviews because it's what I've experienced as well.
Absurd. Please do better. You have the pleasure of serving the community around you and receiving a profit and you act like it's a problem? Casey's should do better, and this store's management should care more, and even the subordinate level help all need to step it up.
One final thing the restrooms are disgusting. Makes me wonder how their kitchen isn't in violation of local food safety code.
