I ordered a cheese pizza for curbside pickup, scheduled to be ready at 6:53 PM. I arrived around 7:10 PM and waited in the parking lot for over five minutes, but no one ever brought out my order. When I went inside, staff checked the system and confirmed my order existed—it simply had never been made.
I then waited an additional 15 minutes for a pizza that was undercooked. The employee preparing the food displayed a poor and unprofessional attitude, behaving as though fulfilling the order was an inconvenience.
More concerning was the lack of basic food safety. I observed a kitchen employee place a gloved hand into the trash can and then continue handling other customers’ food. The food prep area was visibly unsanitary, including a heavily stained and dirty cutting surface.
The overall level of professionalism was extremely poor. Despite multiple errors, no attempt was made to acknowledge the mistakes or make the situation right.
I value my time and expect basic standards of service and cleanliness. This location failed on every level, and I will not be returning. Management and health authorities should take a serious look at this store.

They have messed up my order. I have called three different times to contact the team member, and they have not answered any of them. I will be coming down to the store tomorrow to speak to the manager.

Very poor unprofessional customer service from the young man working evenings. The cashier with long hair was very, very disrespectful and very unprofessional.
Completely uncalled for the worst customer service. I have ever experienced at any cases convenience store
He was just very rude and would not sell me a drink because I asked when the donuts were made.
And he said, 6:00 am this morning which it was 1:37 am so I simply said to him, then that would have been yesterday morning.
So he got very angry and upset over
That and snatched my drink off the counter and said, i'm not selling you a drink or anything because you were being rude about the donuts. Which all I said was I asked him, what time the donuts were made, and that was all. So he refused to sell me a drink.And threatened to call the cops when I simply said, i'm just trying to pay for my drink. He definitely should not be working. A customer service job, especially a cashier. Because he has no experience with customers services. And he's very disrespectful and unprofessional and very childish. The way he acted over me simply stating.
The donuts were made yesterday morning, not this morning. So he got completely in his feelings and treated me and my family.
Like we did something wrong when we were just trying to pay for a drink.But he snatched it off the counter and said he.Refuses to sell anything to us because we asked about the donuts.

Between not time stamping food to having 1 cashier during a rush( 15 to 20 customers) who clearly refused to ask for backup. This is a gas station not Walmart.

I ordered a pizza from here at 3:51pm the online order said it be done by 4:06pm. When I got there the pizza was just being made. That was quite bothersome but I wanted to be patient. I then waited 20 minutes and watched as a lady mopped around dirty cardboard in the floor. Avoiding to pick it up then got in the other cooks way who was behind and was making a mess and wiping every surface with dish rag. Making everything unsanitary, till the cook noticed and had to get on to her and tell her to clock out because she was causing major problems. Then I had to wait because a customer who walked in yelled at the cook for causing a scene. It was incredibly stressful to hangout at gas station and watch a bunch of people yell at each other. At the end of at all I somehow still got my pizza. It was made fire. Casey's has good pizza but if you want one you'll need to show up late or witness a slightly hostile situation.

Dirty with dripping drink left overs, trash everywhere and completely disgusting. Everything strewn about the store - and constant cussing.
I get it - it’s a gas station, but it’s unsanitary and just terrible to get stuck here 45 minutes past its expected time.
Probably won’t ever use a Casey’s again. It’s too far gone now.

--Update-- I called again and have been on hold for OVER AN HOUR! Still no refund or equivalent!! I went to the store and they remade my pizzas. The staff were very nice. I wish there was a better online system!!
I normally order from here quite often. I ordered 2 pizzas on 7/14 at 815pm. I received one pizza that was neither of the pizzas I ordered. I couldn't even get a refund or replacement. I waited 15 minutes to be hung up on. Now, I am currently at 30+ minutes on hold. Horrible support services!
