I ordered a pizza from here at 3:51pm the online order said it be done by 4:06pm. When I got there the pizza was just being made. That was quite bothersome but I wanted to be patient. I then waited 20 minutes and watched as a lady mopped around dirty cardboard in the floor. Avoiding to pick it up then got in the other cooks way who was behind and was making a mess and wiping every surface with dish rag. Making everything unsanitary, till the cook noticed and had to get on to her and tell her to clock out because she was causing major problems. Then I had to wait because a customer who walked in yelled at the cook for causing a scene. It was incredibly stressful to hangout at gas station and watch a bunch of people yell at each other. At the end of at all I somehow still got my pizza. It was made fire. Casey's has good pizza but if you want one you'll need to show up late or witness a slightly hostile situation.

Dirty with dripping drink left overs, trash everywhere and completely disgusting. Everything strewn about the store - and constant cussing.
I get it - it’s a gas station, but it’s unsanitary and just terrible to get stuck here 45 minutes past its expected time.
Probably won’t ever use a Casey’s again. It’s too far gone now.

--Update-- I called again and have been on hold for OVER AN HOUR! Still no refund or equivalent!! I went to the store and they remade my pizzas. The staff were very nice. I wish there was a better online system!!
I normally order from here quite often. I ordered 2 pizzas on 7/14 at 815pm. I received one pizza that was neither of the pizzas I ordered. I couldn't even get a refund or replacement. I waited 15 minutes to be hung up on. Now, I am currently at 30+ minutes on hold. Horrible support services!

I called about getting a refund on my pizza. And, the pizza was not fully cooked. And, apparently was “cut”. The lady who I spoke to was not very friendly.

I order from here 3-5 nights a week...some for delivery some pickup but after today will never order again from ANY CASEYS! The cheese pizza was fully cooked and my wings were bot delivered with the sauces that I was charged extras for. Huge disappointment honestly and total waste of money!!! Dont waste ur money nor time GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Stopped to use restroom,4/9/24 about 1:00 pm. It was really nasty ?. The store was dirty and shelves we scarce of stock. Wouldn't recommend stopping there again. I've been to many Casey's never experienced this before.

Never has food or it old, employee never doing the job just hanging out talking or smoking outside and nothing is stocked one machine was dumping water on the floor I had to say something why why just talking away and the other person is just wanting to go smoke worst store in Springfield locations this was on 4-1-2024

Closed at 7am on a Wednesday. Also when open in the morning, no breakfast pizza, pepperoni pizza. Worst Casey's location.

I love coming in every morning to see my favorite cashier always makes my morning so much better!!! It’s really the smallest things like a big beautiful smile to help you get through the day shout out to you Jan and if I spell your name wrong I’m sorry but you know who you are !!!
