At first when I walked in the my long colored dreads and tattoos and piercings I felt like I was kinda profiled like I was going to steal something but then they realized I was there with my 84 year old gma to find her a dress for her date thanks.for caring for my gma and I hope seeing me changes your view of people just because we look.a.certin way doesn't mean I'm a theif or a scoundrel

I was given 300 dollars to spend for my birthday for some new clothes from my husband so my mom and I came here and the young lady and the sweet order woman were absolutely amazing they allowed my service dog they even let him play with them they made my trip so amazing I will definitely be coming back this is such an amazing business with some seriously amazing employees plus I found quite a bit of clothes to wear I am so excited about them

Doesn't open on time. Lady looked me in my face and locked the door behind her with 2 minutes to spare. 10 minutes later and she still hasn't opened the door. Maybe you guys should post a 10:30 opening instead of the time your employees arrive.

My wife and daughter both love this place. It feels very welcoming when you walk in, and inside the girls who work at many of the Catos facilities are very friendly and will talk up a storm about clothes and what would look nicest for each person and what they are looking for.Though Catos can be a bit pricey, they have amazing quality clothing and accessories. My daughter has mentioned many times that when she has gone there, she finds it easy to pick out random clothes from different areas of the store and make an entire outfit out of everything they offer.I suppose the only complaint my daughter has at least had, is the fact that some of the tops are so very thin that you can look through the shirt and she has to, more than once, double layer with the shirts she gets from Catos. But she has said that it does not dampen her experience with the store.
