Came in to get my phone cleaned to fix a charging issue, I asked for an estimate and the person in charge told me 95 dollars. When I told him that price was ridiculous for a cleaning he shoved my phone back to me and rudely told me to do it myself. As I walked away he continued to cuss me out.
I would like to add that during our conversation the man was also on video call more focused on talking to his friend than providing a good service. Just as other reviews have mentioned, they'd rather be on their own phones than making honest money.
I highly recommend the CPR phone repair down the street who cleaned my phone and fixed my issue for only 20 dollars.
I read other people's reviews of these guys and overall I will say that this business is a scam who will sabotage your device to bleed you dry of more money. Why they haven't been kicked out of the mall is beyond me.

Took an iPad there to get the glass replaced. After it was replaced the home button no longer worked. Everything was working when i brought the ipad in just the screen had cracked. I called the guy who was working and he refused to fix it even though it had only been 30 minutes since it had been replaced. Told me I had to pay for it to be fixed. Don't waste your time or money.

Told me the service of replacing the back glass on my iPhone 12 Pro Max would only take an hour took nearly 2 and a half hours after I got the back glass repaired I noticed one of my 3 cameras will not properly work contacted the employee and he won’t do anything to help! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to use their services

Took in an iPhone 11 with a cracked screen. Phone was still working properly. They replaced the screen for over $200 and then the SIM card tray was damaged. Charged me another $100 to replace the part they tore up and then they messed up the power button and tried to charge me $100 for that. I had Verizon look at thephone and they said they had done such a terrible job replacing the screen that they couldn’t work on it any further. So I’m out hundreds of dollars and the device still does not work. The pictures show the missing seals and screws.

Horrible customer service, employees would rather be on the phone with their friends rather than help customers. We got a screen protector there that the guy put on and it had bubbles all in the screen because he was too focused on the conversation with his friend he was talking to on the phone. I went to complain and they didn’t care at all. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Go to another cell phone repair spot for repairs and accessories. You can get most of their cases on Amazon for half the price too.

Got a screen protector , they put it on crooked and a very dark one where my phone couldn't do facial recognition. Took it back and the guy just laughed. Very rude. 27 dollars down the drain. I wouldn't go to this kiosk ever again. But we went to US Cellular and got the black ice screen protector. It's awesome and great service
