Worst bank in America. I was told I couldn't eve get change for a hundred there and the Arabic/Indian bank teller there on glenstone is rude everytime I go in.

Nothing like they use to be. Used to shake a man's hand and close a deal for a loan, now they hide behind there computers and let the computers make the decisions for them. Doesn't matter that I've banked with them for years and have had two auto loans thru them only for them to deny for what? Couldn't tell ya. The loan officer didn't even have the courtesy call me and had his secretary do it instead.

My husband and I had an excellent experience working with Erik Dahlgren in the loan approval process. Extremely thorough, professional, and communicative. He went above and beyond, during a very busy time of year, to help us get everything finalized on a tight schedule.

I had an account with them. They closed the account even though there was money being paid in and then forced me to wait 3 days just for them to give me my money and even then I couldn't gets the funds directly. I had to wait for them to put it back into another account I had. Overall a very bad banking experience with them. They will use random account charges instead of sending an email to update information. They have to be told that a check from one account to another within their bank should receive fund immediately. All in all very unprofessional and zero regard for customer service.Update: central banks response to my review should tell you everything you need to know about them. They don't care about customer opinions as long as they get what they want and slow you down in the process. Very pitiful from a local business.

I called to ask some questions about my father's bank account and a recent possible scam he'd been the victim of. The customer service agent was rude, impatient, and sounded like she was annoyed by every question I asked. She interrupted me and spoke over me constantly. I literally asked her to show me some patience because I wasn't sure how to navigate the issues at hand, and she literally spoke over me as I was asking this. This has been my dad's bank for years, so I guess we will continue to do his business there, but I wasn't impressed by the customer service.

Thank you to Kari Hopkins for such knowledgeable and friendly assistance getting some confusing accounts sorted out. Her help has been invaluable and just the shot of encouragement I needed in a difficult time. I feel supported as a customer, and that is so needed in today’s world. I would recommend this bank wholeheartedly.

What bank in its right mind closes their drive-up at 5:00, what about people that works til 5 and can't get to the bank. Most all other banks stay open til at least 6 for working people.
