Rude price gougers! Selling #11 percussion caps 250 count for almost $44. Normally can purchase 500 for $15. Was very rude when I asked him why. I know they are a little hard to find, but that ridiculous. I'm Cherokee and ashamed of the attitude.

Over all a decent place, although I've had 3 scoopes put on that needed adjustments kinda frustrating, was going to purchase a used pistol it was filthy I don't mind cleaning a weapon but if your going to sell one that's used clean it for God's sake, I've spent a ton of money there and will not be going back.

Purchased my first firearm here, went about as smoothly as one could imagine. They made the process smooth and didn't give me a hard time with my lack of knowledge with the whole process. They answered every question I had and spent plenty of time with me showing and explaining different products. Honestly no real complaints. Actually gonna try and go back today to get some cleaning equipment.

Cherokee is my favorite gun store in town. The prices are competitive, not always cheapest if you look online. However, the guys really know what they're talking about or will find someone in the store who does. Any time I've had issues they go out of the way to take care of me. Service, experience, and supply keep me coming back.

They will lowball you. Took a rifle to sell, and Cherokee's offer was low, insulting low. Went across town and was offered a reasonable price, not top dollar but at least a decent and honest offer. Not impressed and will not be back.

When my wife, daughter, and I walked in we were greeted with a friendly hello from one of the staff who later introduced himself as JD. I will without hesitation say this man is very friendly, knowledgeable, and offered wonderful customer service. They have a great selection although their prices were fairly high on most of their guns and other merchandise. Their pricing on their indoor gun range is awesome however! I did find a Ruger American 30-06 that I really liked for $465 which I thought was very reasonable. However, I tried trading them a Remington 700 .308 that I had which is a higher valued gun than the Ruger American and he only offered me $400 for trade in value. They had the exact same gun in store that was used also and they had retailed it at $720. He did inform me that he knew this was a bad trade and he had several .308 caliber rifles in stock currently and said that affected his decision. Though we couldn't come together on the trade at least he gave an honest explanation.

Most unfriendly staff in town and the highest prices. I have no idea how this outfit has stayed in business. the owner seems to have the worst attitude of them all which is probably the reason the staff is so unpleasant to deal with. there are several shops in town with better prices and much friendlier staff. I will never go back to Cherokee
