This evening 07/14/2024
3 awesome walmart associates made my whole month
I was short for one of my transactions and scurried to my car for the remaining balance with no luck
Basically .. soo i finally found the courage (i know it sounds silly i just have very bad social anxiety) to ask one of the associates if they possibly had the remaining amount of change needed but i was greeted with "we had it covered" "we covered it for you"
And i just nearly cried. Times have been really tough and just covering my change amount just made me tear up i thanked them in store but i want to just THANK THEM again it was a truly blessing

Dominic unpacked all of our groceries into our car in the pouring rain today, no complaints, all smiles and gave us excellent customer service. He was efficient when it came to making sure all our groceries were put in the trunk and back of the car securely and his hard work is so appreciated. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t of been able to get our groceries because I have avascular necrosis in my left hip that limits my mobility and I’m currently on crutches with fibromyalgia. Thank you so much for your help today, you’re awesome.

Update April 23 2024. Different people for the most part. They, the workers, just ignore customers. The people working behind the customer service desk are so rude! Some of the workers that have been there since day one are helpful, but not the younger workers. This is the store on Mt Vernon in Springfield MO.
