“Over the years, I have had to use this resource many times. They have ALWAYS been professional and helpful. As with any State agency, their ability to help, depends on available funding.They have changed the way they do intakes. For an appointment, you will need to call on Friday morning (ONLY Friday Morning) starting at 8:00 a.m. If the line is busy, hang up and keep trying, until you get through. Once the "appointment" slots are filled, you will have to wait another week.”

People want what they want when they want, dealing with out of stocks and making sure the shelves were full was always a significant part of my ordering expectations.To take a trip to Springfield Missouri from the northwest to have everything settled into where I started from is so amazing.I'm merely taking a moment to say thank you and show my gratitude to the Lord for watching over me all these years.
