“Made a delivery here. Got here the night before and parked in the street. My appointment time was at 2pm. Went in at 815am and they were waiting on me. I got to go to a door and unload early. Left a video of a visitor I had when I arrived. Making a delivery come in on packer road”
“Lovely group of people!!! Anything you can offer as donations please send to them. Theyre small and could use alot of help. Newspapers, dog toys, towels, old medicine bottles, leashes, anything for cats and dogs. Cardboard flats are helpful also”

“A good place to go give blood or platelets in plasma everyone is very friendly. Plus they supply all the hospitals. Everybody should give blood so they have a good Supply”
“Great place to get clothes for your children! They are so kind and treat you with so much respect. They also have extremely nice clothes, and other things that are donated in excellent condition. Definitely recommend. Your child does have to go to Springfield public schools to use this clothing bank, and they must have your child's student id.”

“I was homeless about two years ago. These people provided me food, clothes, sanitary pads, body wash, everything I needed. It was so appreciated. I remember one day I came in and I hadn't eaten in over a week, they provided what I needed and I cried tears of happiness. This is where I got walking shoes when I only had a pair of boots, and a bra when I didn't have one. I cannot appreciate them enough. Thank you so much for the work you do and how much you help everyone if you work there and you see this I'm talking to you.”
