I stopped here one morning to exchange a $20 for some $5 dollar bills because my car’s transmission was slipping and I needed Taxi money. I work overnight at the neighboring Bass Pro and I was having my coworkers drive me to and from work and asked my coworker friend to stop here so I could get smaller bills. When I asked the cashier about breaking down my smaller bills they got mad and demanded that I buy something just to get smaller bills even though I did the same exact thing another night and I didn’t need to buy anything. Why am I not allowed to do something so basic that literally any grocery store or gas station should be required to do? I’m from Kansas City and in most places I can ask for the same exact thing but here in Springfield I can’t do that anywhere without moron retail employees profiling me as if I’m some homeless dude or some drunk addict. Is it really that weird to ask for smaller bills? I’ve had this issue at Price Cutter and at several gas stations. What the heck is wrong with this city if that’s what they do to people? I think the cashier’s name was Morgan if I remember correctly if not I know it started with a “M”. I’m never going to this location ever again especially if the employees act like this.

$2 for air. For a service that gas stations should provide their customers in need. $2. For maybe a minute of air not even enough to fill up all four. $2 to lose a customer for life when all he needed was enough help to get to a tire shop. $2 goes a long way
