I dropped my 2023 Lincoln Navigator off on Sept 7th 2023 for warranty issues. I did not hear from anybody in service until 1 week later on Sept 14th. Was told a couple of the parts would take 4+ days to come in. On Monday Sept 18th I tried contacting my service advisor at 8 am to see if I could pick my vehicle up to go on a trip since it was waiting on parts. After 2 hours and no response I had to leave for my trip without my Navigator. It is now Oct 10th and I have not heard one word from anybody in regards to if my parts are in or not? Absolutely the worst service I have every had a any car dealership. Not certain I will ever buy another Ford product if my only choice for service is Corwin Ford in Springfield, MO????

So it has been a pretty rough time with the Fiat, We did have to replace all 4 tires, after getting them patched and balanced on the way home from the dealership. Then 2 days later the check engine light came on and 2 lights went out. Our tire sensors don't work because whoever "fixed" the tires before we purchased the car had so much fix-a-flat that it ruined the sensor somehow (according to the tire technicians). Also, everytime I get in the vehicle the side panel falls off and I have to snap it back in place, and ocassionally the area where the steering wheel is will also come apart. Then this morning we get in to head to work and the car won't start. So hoping it's just the battery. It's all pretty frustrating after putting $1500 cash down, also noticed on the paperwork that the "purchase price" is listed as over $17,000, yet when the car was advertised online it was listed as $16925. I usually don't complain about things, but you asked and honestly our "new to us car" has been more of a financial burden than we hoped for. I'm sure you were hoping we'd have different results, but at this point I have to be honest and say I think we purchaed a junk car that wasn't cared for. I truly think it would have been an amazing little car if it had been cared for and if it was looked over for any repairs needed before being sold. I honestly don't know how it passed inspection.

WORST vehicle seeking experience EVER. I have purchased multiple vehicles through other Ford and VW dealerships that have always been efficient, no hassle, friendly interactions that were quickly executed, with minimal effort. I went into Corwin with a preapproval from my own lender for multiple vehicles on their website only to get there and be told they didn't actually HAVE any of those vehicles on their lots. I even made the comment, "that seems like a classic bait and switch move". I was told that was not the case, that they still had other vehicles available. We drove one, really liked it, went inside and waited. Initially i was given an offer to put DOUBLE down what my preapproved offer was for, i explained i had a preapproval and thats when it all started to go down hill. Suddenly even though inquiries from their lenders were hitting my credit left and right, they said their regional manager from MY lender wasn't able to see my credit due to a "security freeze" on Equifax. I was confused because at no point have I put a freeze on my credit. They then came back with another offer from THEIR lender for $2500 more than my required down payment on my approval. I again said "i'm not going to pay more when i already have an approval for much less, that would be stupid". i was asked to let one of their members reenter the information for me on MY phone because "maybe i entered my information wrong." i agreed, gave the man my phone, he proceeded to enter all information accurately and again immediately got an approval with confirmation code. He went "in the back" again and came back out saying that my lender was saying they couldn't pull my credit. By this point we had been in the dealership over 6 hours, we were hungry and tired and irritated. So, we left while they "worked on it". In the meantime i contacted every credit bureau, NO FREEZE anywhere! They said they didn't even see where my lender had made an attempt to pull my credit. I called my lender rep personally that i had had a previous loan through and paid off early. He assured me my credit with them was great, he could see everything just fine and couldn't understand why they were having problems. Especially since they don't even use Equifax to run credit, they use Experian.Eventually i get a call back from Corwin asking for my pay stubs, i send them in, i get another call that because taxes aren't being taken out (from my government job) it means i'm a 1099, not an employee so they will need to see 3 months of bank statements to prove my income. I explain i have multiple sources of income and because of my dependents, i am not required to have federal taxes taken out of that payroll. They insist i need to send in 3 months of bank statements in to proceed. Reluctantly i submit them to the salesman at Corwin. I am told "it all looks good". and then i wait for 2 more days until I finally call to request an update. I am told that my lender is still saying they cant see my credit! By this point multiple other lenders have put inquiries on my credit from the dealership and they are able to see it just fine, None of the bureau's have any type of freeze on my account and all the inquiries show a status of "access granted", INCLUDING Corwin themselves. one of the reps from Corwin calls me back at the end of the day and says he doesn't know what to do because my lender isn't able to pull my credit. The entire experience was beyond frustrating and unlike anything else i have ever had to go through at a dealership. I highly recommend you steer clear of this dealership that tries to make sure you use THEIR lenders and makes it virtually impossible to use one of your own to purchase a vehicle on their lot. They advertise multiple vehicles for sale that aren't even available and the ones they do offer you are not even listed on their site. Seriously, WORSE EXPERIENCE at a car dealership EVER! SHEISTERS! THE epitome of the reason car

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Corwin Ford, and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the exceptional service provided by Alex Spitz, one of their associates. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, Alex's friendly and personable nature immediately put me at ease. One of the standout qualities of Alex was his understanding and genuine interest in finding a vehicle that perfectly suited both myself and my family's needs. He took the time to listen attentively to our preferences and requirements, and then went above and beyond to ensure that we found the right fit.Throughout the entire process, Alex proved to be extremely helpful, going the extra mile to provide us with all the necessary information and guidance. He patiently answered all of our questions and never rushed us into making a decision. It was evident that he genuinely cared about our satisfaction and wanted to make sure we made an informed choice. What truly sets Alex apart is his honesty and upfront approach. He was transparent about the pricing, financing options, and any additional fees, which greatly enhanced our trust in him. It was refreshing to work with someone who valued integrity and ensured that we were well-informed throughout the entire process. Moreover, Alex's personable nature made the car-buying experience enjoyable. He had a great sense of humor, and his positive attitude created a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. It felt like we were working with a friend who had our best interests at heart.I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Corwin Ford and specifically asking for Alex Spitz. His outstanding customer service skills, combined with his friendly demeanor, made our car-buying experience truly exceptional. Just had the best experience at Corwin Ford. Had inquired about potentially getting into a different vehicle and was communicating with David Sullins via email and text. Happened to be in the area the following day and stopped by to look at their inventory (Friday, 02-24-23). David happened to be free and didn't hesitate to work with me on what I was looking for. We quickly narrowed it down to two vehicles I liked. Eventually, got me sold on and into a new 2023 F-150 same visit.Usually I hate the car buying experience, but David was no pressure and no stress the entire time; let me determine what I wanted to search and purchase and not what he wanted to sell for the sake of making a sale. Was treated with tons of respect and not as a credit score. Corwin and David really took care of me and earned my future business.Thank you.

I took my 2016 F150 in because it was making a noise when I put on the brakes. They said I needed new brake pads, rotors, my front axel was cracked, oil change, rotated the tires, the works. After a $3400 bill, I picked up the truck and the next day it was making different noises, nothing I had heard before. Took it back in, told them about it, they sent me on my way and said everything was good, the mechanic "tightened up everything and rotated my tires again" and sent me on my way.I specifically asked the mechanic if they fixed the problem or they just couldn't reproduce the issue and it could still be there. He said, the mechanic fixed the problem, he ran the truck hard for 10 minutes, drove over speed bumps, etc and it was fixed.Later that afternoon I called as I was going to pick up my daughter from school and said that it was still making the noise, and I was going to need to take it in "again". 30 minutes after the call, my truck completely broke down. 60 minutes to wait for the tow truck, had my daughter in the car when it broke down and almost ran off the road.Towed it back to Corwin and a guy calls me back after I get it towed there, says it is the other front axel. I said I wasn't going to pay to fix that. 2 hours later they had someone else inspect it and this guy said the front axel is fine, and it is the rear axel assembly. Wants another $6600 (on top of the $3400) to fix it. They lost all credibility after I took my truck in the 2nd time, said there wasn't an issue (or was fixed), and they sent me on my way and told me everything was fixed and working. The senior mechanic (or the guy they bring in when all hell brakes loose) stands buy his mechanics (even though he wasn't there). Said it was all just a coincidence that my truck broke down a day after I took it in the shop and everything was preexisting.I will NOT be paying my bill, I will be towing it somewhere else to get fixed, and will be filing a claim against them. Oh, and I got to write my first review....Never take your car or truck here.

Anyone who would employ a crook like Mitch Brockman must be crooks themselves. Mitch is a lying, cheating thief. He literally steals from people every chance he gets.

I should have read the reviews first. My wife and I have bought and sold numerous cars over the years in multiple states on both coasts. Corwin is far and away the worst dealer we've ever purchased a car from - including the dodgy used dealer in New Jersey we bought our last car from in the middle of the pandemic. We traded in our 2016 Chyrsler Town & Country and our low-mileage 2011 Toyota Rav4. We had around $8,500 in equity between the two vehicles, based on the median CarFax numbers.Unfortunately, we committed a strategic error - we stopped by the dealership when we were tired. After some slight-of-hand number shuffling that resembled nothing more than a carnival shell game, our kindly salesman Roger Branham, and his manager whose name we never learned, somehow walked us out the door with a 2019 Subaru Forester, giving us under $4k in trade for our two vehicles.Sure, car deals are tricky. We should have been on our toes. Really, we should have walked. But to be had for over $4k is just unconscionable. I'm not sure how these folks justify that kind of brazen taking advantage of customers, but then, I'm not in the used-car business.Sadly, our experience confirmed the old cliches about used-car salesmen. Our further experiences getting the paperwork resolved were equally frustrating and sketchy but I'll not go on.Key takeaways:Don't try to buy a car while tired, and expect these guys to try to take you for everything they can, despite their "friendly hometown" demenor. If you must deal with Corwin, be very, very cautious. One star for the sales experience. Two for Steve Snodgrass in finance, and the friendly gentleman Andrew who helped me get my second key fob made.

I'd give this one star if it wasn't for the used car director (Brian Koumiss) and the parts department manager (Bruce Shephard) for being very patient, helpful, kind, and straightforward. We were literally stranded on the side of the road in need of a truck. We were traveling from MI to OK. We called Corwin Ford to get into a truck. We got stuck with the MOST INCOMPETENT sales rep (Jeffery Jones) we've ever encountered. He could not give a straight answer to save his life and lied several times to us about very simple things. We left this experience extremely frustrated and upset.Buying a truck when you're literally stranded with over $150k of equipment on the side of the road is stressful enough. To have a sales rep that's an absolute idiot doesn't help at all. If you go to Corwin, avoid Jeffery.

I don't even know where to start. Our Experience leaving the day of our purchase was exceptional. We were in and out fast, didn't have to go back and forth in finance, and knowing that process all too well by only owning 12 different cars in the past 10 years. We really know how stressful that situation can be.I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM CORWIN AGAIN IN MY LIFE.After pulling out, we noticed the gas tank was under a quarter of a tank. ( not a huge deal, just unusual in my past experiences). The first week of having my car we noticed a winding sound, low on power steering fluid, we filled the fluid and called our salesman to inform him. We brought it in the next day to be looked at. They weren't comfortable working on it so they sent it to subaru. Which I was extremely happy that they were honest with us and sending it elsewhere. Between Corwin and Subaru, I haven't had my car in almost 2 weeks. The part that is needed to be replaced is on national backorder. Which I get with everything going on in our economy. What I don't get, is that customer service is non-existent with Corwin- Ford. The ONLY communication I received was through what I'm assuming is the Service manager Andrew. He went above and beyond for us trying to keep in contact.I was told on a Saturday that there were no loaner cars available for us, that all of the main people were out until Monday and I would receive a phone call then with an update of what they could do for us. I waited until 11am Tuesday, no call whatsoever from my Salesman. I text him only to receive a message stating that " I was forgotten about, and he was sorry. He would drive 30 miles in to figure something out for me on his day off". I replied with how disappointed I was with the service and Corwin. All to be left on read and only contacted again by Andrew. Finally it's Wednesday at 3pm and my husband is on his way to get a loaner vehicle.
