Finally went to Costco today. From the minute we walked in everyone was so friendly. Had to go get our membership. Parker helped us out and was one of the most friendly people I've ever met. Explained everything in detail and he's a person who truly loves his job. Good experience and a great place to shop for everything.

So, I went to Costco for the first time. I borrowed my sister's membership card. I'm glad I did. You have to actually scan the card before you can walk in the door. No way to just visit and look around. The place was so packed it took us about 15 minutes to find a way to the bathroom. That was after asking an employee for directions. Lol 😆 After finally be able to shop around, I discovered it's not anything special. It's pretty much the same as Sam's Club, but with MORE expensive prices. It was hard to find things because it's unorganized. It took me 20 mins. just to find the multivitamins. Also there were no flyers. He said they only put them out (at the door) once a month. So, once they are gone that's it. The best thing about my first experience at Costco was their $4.99 rotisserie chicken. Check out lines are insanely long. Once I made it out, I went to Sam's Club to get want I needed. Costco and Sam's are 1 exit apart from each other. I will continue with Sam's Club for sure.

Always a good experience at Costco until today.
I was on my way to the ladies room when l walked by the front end supervisor who was dropping an F bomb with his buds. I did not appreciate it and on my way out l told him he needs to lower his voice when he is cursing. I got a blank look and then a sarcastic...OK.
I let one of the tire guys know on the way out and he offered to call the manager but l declined.
I had asked for help at the service desk but she declined to hear me.

I forgot to bring a list this time. So I just grabbed things but they had sample people out of course and it was pretty busy. Not as busy as the weekend so that was a win win situation. I didnt have to wait in line long to check out my items.

I cringe at the thought of Sam’s Club. Costco is where it’s at.We go to Costco for organic produce and dry goods in bulk. I love finding the niche healthy but tasty snacks they feature also.

I truly enjoy having Costco. My bills don’t enjoy it, but I definitely do. Great deals, giant packages, and somehow everything feels necessary. Only downside: they get you hooked on a certain snack or food… and then stop carrying it. That’s not just shopping, that’s a trust exercise.
