I love this store! The employees are super friendly and they have a good selection of new and used books, gifts and more. I've been coming here for years and it's my first stop when looking for biblical study materials. I also appreciate their sign up program, that keeps me updated on promotions.

This is an absolute haven! The selection of books is amazing and prices are deals I can find nowhere else. It's like I've got to come here two every month--new books are always in, and I keep discovering more great authors!So why one star removed? Two words: Customer service. One older lady is very nice, and another girl is absolutely bursting with kindness. You can practically feel it eminating from her! But the majority are melancholy or even reluctant to serve. They don't try to solve a problem when there is one, and if they do, they don't try hard. Heck, they've told me they can't find books, and then I find them! Again, this place is amazing, but the customer service is sub-par.

I couldn't find a particular book (obsolete). However, the counter attendant says this book has come in "used" before. She put me on a wait list that will automatically notify me whenever the book comes in again as a used book! Great service! Love the books, prices and help offered at CPO!

Able to find multiple copies of a book needed for a small group study. Well organized and friendly staff! Books were a deep discount over new and online, and all were in excellent condition.
