To bad I cant give 0 stars!Horrible customer service. Will hold direct deposits for no reason. Constant misinformation given. I would not recommend this institution to my worst enemy. Find somewhere else!!!!

I inquired about an auto loan the same year I paid off two car loans with Multipli and after finally getting a hold of a loan officer who gathered my info I never was contacted again. Needless to say the car that I was going to purchase was gone. Multipli will not get my business in the future.

There is not the option to give no stars or I wouldn't give any! I have only been with this credit union since December 2021 but my fiance has been with them for 13 years. I established an account that would later become our joint account. We purchased a vehicle in February and wanted to refinance it with the credit union. They were having a huge promotion on refinances and it would be easier for us. Began the process at the first of March with Cristian Hurtado. We sent five emails that went unanswered before we talked with a supervisor that told us he was on an extended leave but she would pick up where he left off. We had to initiate every contact because they would never get back to us. Finally, yesterday I was told we were to receive documents to sign through Docusign but they never told us the terms. Cris calls this morning and I asked for the interest rate and payment. He was very surprised that no one went over that with us and, when he gave us the rate, I declined. I am not going to increase my interest rate. Cris wanted to see what he could do, laid the phone on his desk without putting it on hold and proceeded to discuss our loan application with another employee. Cris also badmouthed me and made fun of me--ALL WHILE I COULD HEAR THE ENTIRE CONVERSATION!! I have spoken with Ashley, the assistant vice president of customer service. She just said she was sorry and she would go listen to the phone calls to see what was said. REALLY???!!! Going at lunch today to close my account!

Kindest staff ever! They have helped me get a car loan, open a business account, and help me apply for a Small Business Loan at the start of quarantine! They even have helped us with the loan forgiveness process every step of the way. Love this bank! My only small issue is I wish I could find photos of the checks I have deposited and wish the app would 'mobile deposit' a little faster, otherwise, it's a great bank!

Was supposed to have our paperwork here (we joined by phone call to main office). Went by the other say to make 1st deposit and rude teller said "your account has been cancelled". Really hadn't even deposited any money yet. No excuse was not nice at all. I guess that's a good thing if all tellers are that rude I wouldn't want to bank here. Glad I already belong to bank and a CU in Spfld. Wouldn't recommend
