When I first opened my account about two years ago, customer service was notably good. But, in recent months, it is terrible. I've had a difficult time getting through to anyone. Have left multiple voice mail messages before getting a return call. Am now experiencing that problem again. I have a simple question but, for some reason, can't get through to a live person and can't get a timely return call. I am not impressed and currently researching other banking institutions in area.

Worst mistake of my life. Forced placed insurance on us from the start even tho I go we proved we had it .4 years later paying over 600 a month they say my principal has gone up .Loan started at 26k as of today they say we owe 31k after paying over 34k over the past few years . The refuse to set with us an explain n why I hav been charged over 7 grand in late fees yet have 4 years of transactions with dat s and not one of them are late. They won't go back 4 years at my old house insurance company so we looked into a lawyer. 3 loan officers have disappeared working with us Mindy Angie and Stephanie. On November 17th 2018. We had a meeting with Judy hadsall CEO president where she be little us and couldn't not explain either. Then we had to file a police report along with video where this 60+ year old women dove across her desk grabbing my fiancee and tearing papers up in her hand. All on video that's 1kinute 26 second into the video. I have over 26 payments where my entire payment went to interest we are tired off getting screwed .car just got really tagged in March with full coverage. In the state of Missouri have to have full coverage to get a car financed and you have to have full coverage every time you get the car re license the car's been real licensed for 5 years straight my fiance's even got a ticket in the car for not using your blinker never got an insurance ticket cuz we've had it the whole time they refused to refund our money they refused to work with us after spending over $35,000 on a car that was supposed to be $26,000. they changed our terms without telling us without our consignment from 2015 to 2021 to 2015 to 2026 which means I will pay over $90,000 for this car that blued at 19800. multiple people I have talked to have had this been forced placed insurance on them no matter if they showed it or not after the unprofessionalism and nobody would work with us we have decided to have a lawyer subpoena them a letter. And hopefully everything works out okay. Do yourself a favor and go to another credit Union other credit unions like foundation credit Union offer better rates and the people would rather work with you than try to push you out the door .I've never in my life seen such unprofessionalism from a woman who title the CEO president of a company you can look up the police report and public records using my name to see this is not a BS story just trying to save everybody that hassle and possibly ruining their life. For trusting a bank that's crooked. They also falsely reported on my credit and I have a handwritten letter from anette that works at the bank stating a it was her fault not mine and had dilone office manager Terry sign it. blem it dropped my credit score over 70 points and I will not get those points back but everything's been disputed and fixed paper wise but I will never get my points back that they screwed me out of. Please do yourself a favor and go with a more professional Bank

Very easy to work with. All they ask is to keep your money in the black. Managers and tellers are very respectful, professional, and have gone above and beyond for us. I will be with this credit union for a very long time.
