The drive thru at the East Elm location in Springfield, MO has been closed for weeks. You have to go into the store and stand in a long line just to pick up a prescription. Last Monday, the pharmacy was closed because the pharmacist called in sick. CVS doesn't have backup pharacists? I'm ready to move my prescriptions to Walgreens one block over.

Worst service ever! Rx called in by my Dr on Tuesday still not ready on Thursday at 6:51 pm. Unbelievable! I am switching back to Walgreens no matter what Cigna says! Horrible!

Frustrating pharmacy to work with. CVS policies regarding medications are disappointing and challenging to the patient. Staff have been a mixed bag of some helpful and some very opposite. I’m stuck going here due to medication availability and insurance coverage but I would highly recommend going elsewhere if you can.

Terrible place. went in for a flu shot got the run around between clinic and pharmacy. 11:00 appointment meant nothing. Finally got shot at 11:25 . Will never set foot in that store again..

Be far the rudest bunch of people on the planet work here. Pharmacy drive thru was closed mid afternoon due to some issue with the shutter. No clear signage for COVID testing and trying to get a clear and concise answer from anybody was just as fruitful as finding a needle in a haystack. Once I finally was told where to go, again there was not even instructions on what to do. Workers seem inconvenienced you are even there. Have been told this is the running modus operandi but I can easily get whatever I need when I'm in town at Walgreens instead and without the attitude. Disgraceful CVS location and will not return.

The folks who help me at this location are always very helpful and very knowledgeable. They always answer my question and make me feel comfortable. I'll come back to this CVS again and again!

It's a pharmacy, but not a very good one. They put it in a pretty bad place considering that Walgreens, is pretty close to this CVS.

worst place on earth to work for. I would rather be homeless and starving to death before I ever went back there again. The only posotive thing about the store is that the pharmacy gets things got very fast and have not made a single mistake with me at all!! I suggest the pharmacy but not the store.
