Dangerously unprofessional … I will never again confuse this pharmacy with any prescription for myself or anyone I know, including pets. Too many new phone answerers with little experience, each associate is less knowledgeable than the next, each telling the patient something completely different - only to immediately forget the entire conversation the next day.This level of confusion and conflicting employee communication could lead to tragedy for individuals who rely on their medications to survive. The right thing to do is for me to use this platform to warn patients in Springfield.

Realized Friday night that I was out of my prescription. Now I have to go two days without my medication b/c the Pharmacy is only open 9am-3pm m-f. Complete joke of a business model. Walgreens pharmacy (which our insurance use to use) is right across the street and open 24/7. At least have the Pharmacy open for pick up! Ridiculous...

How are we supposed to pick up our prescriptions when the pharmacy is only open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.? Oh... Oh and that they're closed from 1:30 to 2:00...I hate leaving a negative reviews, which is why I don't do it, but this is ridiculous. Sending us some sort of notification would have been nice.

Wish there was a 0 stars. They arbitrarily changed their hours to 9-3. Now I take my lunchbreak and go get medication. I don't know how they can do that because I am not the only one I am sure.Transferring my Rx and will not trust CVS with my medication needs inthe future.

Pharmacy closes by 6pm/7pm most days and closed COMPLETELY on Tuesdays. Not sure if even consider this a drug store, it’s just a general store at this point. I always miss getting my prescriptions because they are closed when I work 10 hour shifts. Thankfully changing to Walgreens.

I use walgreens. My daughter uses cvs. I picked up her prescription today. The young man was so friendly and made me feel like he was glad I was there. Walgreens makes me feel like I'm bothering them....im switching

Waited for over 2 weeks and they still hadn't gotten my 2 scripts transferred from Walgreens, which were only Nicotine patches, not like they had to fill a ton of pills, and then I had to wait almost 2 hours in the store while they finally called Walgreens to get it transferred over. Meanwhile my nurse is waiting on me for our appointment and my driver has to pick up another person for a doctor appointment. So it was stressful to say the least. And they had the nerve to put their call of thrm being on hold with 2 callers ahead of them etc on speakerphone for all of the store to hear, to show me they were trying to call Walgreens to get it transferred over, would I like to look around the store to shop or have a seat in one of the chairs? (Which were labeled for vaccine appointments only by the way). I had already done my shopping through the store before I ever came up to the pharmacy counter, so I took a seat in one of the vaccine only chairs lol and proceeded to wait another 45 minutes. I kept checking with them about every 15 minutes to see if it was ready yet, because after all how long does it take to slap a label on a box of patches? Because they had told me they had reached Walgreens and was filling it now when I had sat down. Then after all that wait of almost 2 freaking hours the new insurance card that was supposed to pay for anything that insurance didn't cover, wouldn't cover the patches, so it didn't even get to get what I came after. After they had told me on thd phone that my card would cover it.

My wife and I went to this location last month to pick up medication for my daughter. They charged us 84.00 for the prescription after insurance. We went to a different pharmacy today to get it refilled and was only charged 12.00 for the same prescription with the exact same insurance. I honestly believe CVS is taking advantage of the Adderall shortage and severely overcharging people. It should not be that huge of a price difference between pharmacies.

I've used their rewards app, nice. They've handled most of my immunization needs including a really resistant child experience pretty well, and their drive through is quick and easy.

Literally the worst Pharmacy I've ever used.Told me it would be an hour topsWhich is long and itself. Didnt here nothing for hr 15 gave them a call. Waited on hold another 10 min thenthey said to come on in and get it. I got there they say its not ready yet to come back in 10 minutes again.... Dont use this place if you can help it.
