Couch is the worst employee ever. She is so rude not only to customers but to other employees. CVS would be much better if she was not there.

Price gouging by trippling the price of my prescriptions over night and then wouldn't honor my good rx coupon. Argued with me about it not being the right coupon when it's the same coupon I've used for years. forcing me to get a new pharmacy after being a loyal customer for years.

I always have great experiences at this location, but today the stud woman was really unwelcoming. She act like she didn’t want to be at work and it’s only 9am. Go home ma’am/sir.

CVS in Springfield, MO. Has fallen short of customer satisfaction regarding Stores for the day, having to close, because of the lack of personnel in locations. If I'm not mistaken when a employee is unable to be present, there is or should be staff to cover those positions regardless of outside circumstances.
Understanding issues with Control Meds are VERY black and white and Unable to transfer scrip between pharmacies. Correct me if I am wrong.
Checked status of scrip on in person on Friday. Advised by CVS pharmacist, not a Pharmacy tech, that I can pick up Sunday
I speciffically asked if there were any issues with this prescription and it being able to pick up as planned.
Was assured, because of previous experiences obtaining this med from CVS. First event was because out of stock and would take until Wednesday to receive.
Traveled specifically to pick this scrip that aids in sleep Sunday. Advised, oh, they had to close for the day because of a lack of staff. Or, evidently have a plan to still be able to provide to customers, regardless of someone not able to uphold their commitment to the company and customers. Unfortunately I am or would not recommend CVS Pharmacy at this time. We'll see how important this customer is to CVS. I look for a response.

Cera in the pharmacy was great! She took an extra 5 minutes on my transaction and saved me $10 on my prescription. She didn't have to do that and I feel that that's above and beyond the call of good customer service, well done Cera...

Please stay as far away from this pharmacy as possible unless you want to deal with a bunch of incompetent pharmacists, and pharmacists techs. Very rude, will argue with you over your insurance, you will prove them wrong and they will still continue to argue with you. Then tell you you’re no longer allowed to come back to their pharmacy anymore because you called them out for trying to charge you 3xs the price of the medicine.

They hanged out my online order to someone else. I came to the store to pick up and their solution was just giving me a phone number then deal with their mistake by myself. They are not responsible for this. Ridiculous. Stay away from this store. From store manager to 2 other staffs, all are not helpful

I went today to add cash into my Capital One account and there was no cashier-only self checkout. So, I went to the pharmacy, guy says he didn't know how to do it soni asked him to call a cashier to the front.
He did-and as I was walking up to the front this lady stepped out of an aisle in front of me and said "can't these people see I'm right here?" Then she turns around and asks if that was for me. I said yes, and she says "that was unnecessary, I was right here". I told her I didn't know who worked there or not and she was very snotty and rude. A veteran was already in the line also waiting for a cashier and he asked her if she needed to help me before them. She said "obviously I do while she laughed". I was not impatient, I just needed an actual cashier vs self checkout.
He politely told me to go in front of him. I hugged him, told him thank you for your service and proceeded with the cashier.
Delia was her name and I am so disgusted by her attitude. She clearly doesn't understand customer service. I was very nice and polite. I will never return to this store and will go to Walgreens like I usually do.

CVS is sinking really low. No one greeted me, offered to assist me, or even acknowledged that I was in the store, no on offered to take my money, had to do self checkout, that’s ok, it’s probably faster.

Pharmacists have been very helpful with transferring our prescriptions from Illinois to Missouri. Prescriptions are refilled in a timely manner.
