I have been a customer of this CVS Pharmacy location for the past four years. The entire pharmacy team is outstanding
All are friendly, professional, and efficient.
I appreciate that they answer my questions and provide me with great information about the medications.
The teamwork and values I see every visit are a reflection of the head pharmacist Cathy.

The professionalism and friendliness of the staff at the CVS pharmacy at 1220 E Republic Rd. in Springfield MO is outstanding! I will continue to get my prescriptions filled at this location.

If you want happy customers, do things to keep them happy! Like keep their monthly medication in stock. Insurance dictates I go here, so I have no choice and it also won't let me can the medication in early. Literally the worst pharmacy I've used and my dad had the same problem

This CVS is amazing. Kathy, the pharmacist is very empathetic towards her patients and always tries to find the best options from insurance to coverage. As both a customer and a prescriber we endorse this location

Truly awful, humiliating experience. Had used the one minute clinic on the inside and that was very disappointing. First, the nurse practitioner Rosa (not an actual doctor) was the one that did the exams and she was hyper type A personality to the point she was not able to be helpful. I had asked questions only to be given very defensive answers and a lecture at some point! She was very very rude and insulting. Only go here if you want to leave embarrassed, humiliated and ripped off. Listen, do not go!!!!

Don't waste your time and money at this clinic. Didn't listen to my symptoms, and the visit notes didn't even match up with what I presented with. They just pushed me to continue and add OTC meds rather than treat the source and pushed to give me a flu shot (aren't you not supposed to get those when you are sick?). 2 days later due to no improvement and worsening, I went to another clinic who treated the infection which was full blown, and basically contradicted meds and instructions given at CVS clinic. Won't go back, will stick with CVS only for my pharmacy needs - the pharmacy staff is awesome.

Went to CVS to the "minute clinic" trying to avoid an urgent care visit since it is after hours and not an emergency. Clinic was closing in 35 minutes so we were refused treatment! Lovely. What is the point of posting hours online and on the recording when you call if you are refused service 30 mins before they close!
