Apu was not running when I took it to their shop. On off switch was stuck. Bypass it instead of charging me for another one; Air compressor was also stuck instead of buying a new one. Had a used one. There charged me half price making the visit more affordable... Got a PM and cleaning and chafing wires repaired. Very affordable and quick and friendly service...I will go back.

These guys at Dale's APU go above and beyond. I asked them for a generator only model. Nobody really makes it. Well not for frame mount anyway. I could have gone with an Onan or somebody else that makes them for RVs. But I wasn't in the market to spend $15,000 on a generator. These guys came up with a plan and custom built/modified a Dynasys to work for what I needed it for. They quoted me one day for Labor to install but ended up going over by almost half a day. Most places would have charged the extra labor. They stuck to their word and didn't charge me a penny over estimated cost. I would say they have a customer as long as I need auxiliary power. That goes both for my commercial vehicle and my RVs if I ever own one in the future. Lol. $6,000 out the door. Yours may be different based on your needs. They have both used and new parts available as well as dress up parts for all you chicken haulers out there that want a Chrome case for your APU!!

Dale’s APU are the best people in Springfield and Dale is always been helpful I bought a used APU from them like 3 years ago only had coolant leaks problem since then but Dale took care of that while getting an oil change there prices are very genuine totally recommend it .

If you own a Thermoking you know getting service and repairs done at any of their shops is like being robbed in a dark alley. Those business' are run by sociopaths who don't give a flyin F if you're just getting by and just need some help and a fair price. Dale is one of us and a true OG with a business model that is honest and fair topped by 10x the knowledge of any TK shop. I will travel as far as I need to give them any work to support this kind of ethic.... Thank you and the rest of the guys for replacing my motor and for being good people

As always, Dale and the guys delivered fast, friendly, quality service at a reasonable price. Identified my issue, and had me back on the road in no time. If you want it repaired, take it to a dealer. If you want it fixed, take it to Dale.
