Went into the furniture outlet, looking to buy a couch. We sat down testing a couch to see if we wanted to buy said couch Then a A rather. Disturbing and rude lady in a pink shirt that worked at the outlet told us that we needed to leave very aggressively or buy the couch. NEVER COMING BACK, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Speaking strictly about the men's department at Dillards, GET SOME NEW BUYERS! Good grief, these are some of the nerdiest men's clothes on the planet. Here's a tip; get your hands on a 'Carbon to Cobalt' catalogue and check out the styles. Stock some similar styles on your shelves at 'reasonable' prices and watch your sales take off. Not everyone in the midwest wants to dress like PeeWee Herman.

I was sold a shirt that wasn’t the size that the label said it was and they refused to just exchange it for one that fit even though I had my receipt, just because it was a clearance item. Everything I wear is a large and this wouldn’t even button because it was so small. Never shop there!

Excellent store located in the Battlefield Mall with both a North (Mens store) and a South (Women's beauty store).
This review is for the Dillards North location and I will have to say that the customer service is excellent as is the mens clothing selection. They have several popular brands to choose from and I found what I was after as always. Prices are a bit high but are consistent with the malls overall pricing structure for items. If you want quality then you have to pay a little more and this is the place that has it all. A very nice retail outlet for men's wear.

Been shopping at Dillards for years, before it was separated mens/womans. Love shopping for my stuff there but the women at the make up counter need a reality check! From the loud blasting music at the Mac counter to the snooty ones working Dior , Lancôme and the jewelry counter. YOU ARE NOT BETTER than and one! Learn better customer service people are there to buy stop picking and choosing who you want help based upon appearance…
