Over the past few years I have purchased at least a dozen sets of tires for multiple different vehicles and trailers. I purchased a wheel tire combo for my f150 as well. I have always had a great experience, until my daughter goes in trying to get a tire patched. Her boyfriend plugged it to get her through the week. The tire is easily repairable, another shop did it fine. They told her they would not touch it and had to buy a new one. Then made her feel uncomfortable trying to force a sale. I will not do any business here any further.

My wife took my vehicle to get 4 new tires while I was at work. When removing one of the tires a wheel stud was broken off. This may not have been discount tires fault, I don't know. However, they say they don't have a drill or the equipment to drill out the old stud and replace with a new one (about a 10 min job). They told my wife it was OK to drive with only 4 lugs, but it should fixed sometime. When I called to find out why they let my wife drive away in an unsafe vehicle they said "4 lugs meets our company minimum safety requirements". So if you DON'T CARE about YOUR LOVED ONES SAFETY, consider doing business with them. If you DO CARE about your FAMILY AND LOVED ONES, you might want to consider another company. With the amount of tires they work on, I can't believe a broken wheel stud doesn't happen frequently, what responsible company would not have the equipment available to ensure the safety of their customers or the other drivers on the road?

On 6/15/2024 I came up at 0700 thinking the store was open with me I had a blown camper tire. My family was sitting 70 miles away waiting on me. The store manager came to the door and let me know store opens at 0800 but he was very professional. I drove around looking for a place that was already open but no luck. I came back to store about 0740 within about 5mins Devan came to my truck while I was getting ready to come in. He looked at what I had and heard my plight and was willing to help right away. I purchased 4 tires for my camper, he showed me pricing, the replacement service that was added. The other issue was I only had one of the tires with me, Devan told me they will hold them until we come back up. I was in and out with 4 tires purchased but 1 actually changed 18 minutes!!! That to me says “I’ll go never go to another tire store”.. 5 Stars to Devan and the whole team! Springfield Strong…

Arthur is awesome! Last 2 times I've rotated my tires he has helped me. Explains and answers everything! I love Discount Tires, the tires and service provided is excellent! The cooper tires I have are the best and wear well! Zero complaints!

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! I called about 45 minutes before they closed to see if they could look at one of my tires that was leaking. Devon answered the phone and told me to please come on by and they’d love to take care of it. I got to the store and was greeted by Shawn who took down my information and was very accommodating and kind, making sure my 19 month old with me was entertained. Not even 30 minutes go by and Michael had my car in and out of the shop with the tire repaired. I had a nail in the tread and he patched and rebalanced the tire. I asked how much I owed and he told me it was no charge! What an amazing first experience with Discount Tire. Everyone’s customer service was impeccable, from tone of voice, body language, to quality of service. I’ll be back when I need any more repairs or replacements! Thanks guys!

So they appeared to do good work, and the tires quoted to me over the phone were the ones I got with little upsell pressure. They mentioned over the phone some life of the tire maintenance benefits that came with tires without telling me those benefits were an extra fee. Found that out when I paid for my tires. Some of that’s on me, in the back of my mind the maintenance benefits included at the cost of the tires sounded a little bit too good to be true. But I wish they would have disclosed the fee up front. Also, they asked for payment prior to doing work. I don’t think that is professional, and sorta leaves the consumer stuck if more issues are found.

Friendly staff, had my car done very quickly even though I had no appointment. I had an issue with a flat tire (bad valve stem) and they fixed it under my insurance I bought from them, no questions asked, no fee for the fix nor the tire rotation.
Plenty of places within walking distance to grab a bite to eat while you wait for your car; they'll text you when it's ready.

Devyn was fantastic! So kind and helpful, explained everything so well and really took care of me! Michael was quick, and efficient and did a great job! Shawn was very helpful when I had concerns about making another appointment on time. Definitely will be coming back here.

They not only have great prices they also have great service and warranty coverage. I use to go to Sam’s club I’m glad I took a chance this place is worlds ahead of them. Such a great tire shop with an amazing staff and customer service. They got me in and out of there and took care of everything I needed. Devyn was incredibly nice and helpful. Give that man a raise!
