Your cashier also made me hold a big bag of dog food up so she could read off the UPC on it to type in because they dont have a hand scanner and it was just too heavy for her to lift on. She could tell my arm is weak due to a medical issue. This is one of the worst Dollar General stores I've been in. The cashier and I assume the manager was complaining about a visit from one of the higher up managers they had today (February 3rd) because of the way the floor looked. It took the cashier longer to bag our stuff because she had to stop and complain multiple times because apparently, she didn't know how to multitask. She also had to stop and tell her boss about how someone in her family brome up with her boyfriend. You don't stop to gossip about family. We will NOT be shopping at this location again, and WE WILL BE TELLING EVERYBODY ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE.

They are very clean which is unusual for a dollar general but the staff is extremely short and treated me like I was stealing as I was shopping for my items. The closing manager on Monday January 20th was snarky and kept looking at me like I was the wrong for shipping at their store. There was also a bunch of items that were mis placed in the clearance section but weren't actually on clearance which is super confusing. I understand shop lifters target dollar general's often, but you can't tell someone intentions by the way they dress. You have cameras so you can be sure and not have to be rude to everyone you have a suspicion of stealing. Do better.

Place has rats and roaches. Showed the manager and she acted like the customers brought them in. By the looks of her they came from her house

We were in Dollar General in Spfld mo on W. Kearney st. They never have enough help at this store. I thought they were suppose to be cheaper then groceries stores and Walmart. I was in shock that their name brand cake mixes were 3.00 are you kidding me. Every where else is anywhere between 89 cents to 1.89. I really didn't see anything cheaper I was so disappointed.

The only problem is access to the internet. You can't ever look up online coupons. I downloaded several Dollar General's online coupons, yet, in every location it is extremely difficult to show clerks during checkout the coupons.
I often shop at Dollar General and usually have a good experience. I appreciate the company and I'm glad to have one in my small town of Pleasant Hope Missouri. I save so much money, by not having to travel 15 miles to get groceries.

One of the worst dollar generals I've ever been too. Cashier's are always rude they look like they smoke crack and throw your stuff around, happened to me yesterday. I gave her all the stuff and walked away will not spend another dime at that location.

Most of the time great things to buy, but this time I wasn't paying attention to a clovervalley ripple chips and ate 1/2 the bag and gave the other 1/2 to a pregnant woman and we found reaches in them with them being way expired.

Easy to find things. Had push much everything, but limited choices compared to Walmart. Cheap household cleaning supplies, laundry soap, candles, decor, art supplies, paper totals, beauty and hair supplies, and accessories.

I had a 5 star on this store for years until the other day me and my 3 yr old went in and grab a few things as I get to the check out with the manager up there cussing a storm in front of my 3 yr old. I understand that people cuss but have some common sense to hold it in around kids, there ganna hear it I know but still we as adults can change our behavior for the kids we are around I've lost all respect for this store and until that manager is gone I won't return that's very unprofessional no matter how you see it.

This has got to be the best Dollar General I have ever been in. It is the cleanest most organized store have ever been in.
Shout out to Rhonda for helping me, Lisa & Jackie and everyone helping them work hard to keeping your store clean, in order. It's good to see that people still take pride in there job and the place they work.
This will be my go to from now on.

I enjoy the cleanliness and it is more organized than any other dollar general in this town. I decided to stop in one day because I generally shop closest to my home, after entering I decided this would be my Dollar General from now on. I give them a 5 star workers are friendly and ready to assist with your needs. I enjoy the app and being able to go inside the store and pick my items up. They are just GREAT!!
