Store was busy and appeared understaffed. There was no cashiers checking people out just two self check outs. One was card only and the other accepted cash as well. There was a lady at the cash one that I needed to use having trouble with her account or phone or something but there were no clerks around to offer assistance. I stood there for every bit of 8-10 minutes when finally a lady stood up from a bench right by the registers and said she could check me out at the normal register but acted extremely inconvenienced by having to assist anyone.

Got denied service because I “looked” like someone who’s recently came in and stole. I asked to speak to a manager and see video footage but was denied both. This was the worst experience I ever had at any store. I rarely even come to this dollar tree.

I really don't like it how can you call the Dollar Tree a Dollar Tree if it's a $1.25 one star you guys suck

I love to go to the Dollar25Tree. They need more employees. The self check out messes up a lot and there's like one person there who knows how to fix it. Never the same employees either. Maybe pay more and hire security.

Horrible service! The manager refused to checkout my children who were paying cash . She told them to go to the self checkout, like they knew how to do that themselves!

Waited in line at self checkout for 10 minutes until an older lady came and gave so much attitude about punching in some numbers real quick and I had some choice words to say back. The lady didn’t want to do her job and was clear. Terrible experience. Never wrote a review before but it was worst customer experience I have ever had in my entire life

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in not just a Dollar Tree but at any retail store. The woman who was working the self checkout literally screamed at me and my 9 yr old daughter and all I did was ask her if I did something wrong because she so aggressively approached me. I will never go back there and I just hope management sees this review and teaches "lil bit" how to show customers a little bit of respect...... Absolutely horrifying

It's a great place to pick up everything from cleaning supplies to flat wear to food items at a very low price much cheaper then other stores like Dollar General or even Walmart even thru all the inflation they've kept their prices from $1.25 formerly $1 to highest price $5 Dollar Tree is a great go to store the quality of items are no different then the above mentioned stores.

It's an alright store for very few things. Most stuff, especially the food or candy is not worth buying. A lot of it is literally junk. $1.25 vs. $1.00 cannot be justified.

Long lines, not enough people working. Couldn’t even get to the toy shelves because so many boxes stacked in front of it with no employee in sight. Both self checkout lanes were down. Don’t go here unless you plan to stay awhile.
