For the manager You should know how to run your store. Your needs come first before the store. Your store is always gross. You have ppl doing something while there is 20 deep in line. Manager finally makes it back from an extended lunch. You really suck. i give you a 2.

I typically don’t do this, butI waited at the register for a good 10 minutes. In this time, saying where are you and ringing the bell. I gave them curtesy thinking maybe they’re in the bathroom but after awhile I started to think where the heck are they at. They walked in the front door 10 minutes of me waiting and said oh we didn’t think anybody was in the store. There was only one car in the parking lot. Both girls smelled of vape and smoke. Instead of going outside and talking and smoking at the same time, they could’ve been putting stuff on shelves instead of on the floors. I could’ve been home by now and a very disappointed in this interaction.

You guys really need to get your things together there is literally stuff and boxes everywhere very unprofessional and unorganized and I witnessed a cart of boxes almost falling on an old lady you guys are really just asking for a lawsuit I would recommend everyone to go to the other Dollar tree by the battlefield Mall more organized and cleaner

This is a newer store so it's definitely a lot of different things. Very neat and organized. The only thing that I would possibly complain about is that since the prices have recently got some prices did not so there needs to be a distinct label of some sort that says the price.

I wish I could hit 0 stars. GOD AWFUL MANAGEMENT. Worst I have seen. Disgusting store manager work ethic 🤮🤮 gross store. Only go here if this is the last resort.

Store is disgusting trash around front, cigarette butts everywhere, why aren't there any trash cans available? Staff stand around not doing anything while there are plenty of things to do. Get this store working dollar tree !

Good store, bad staff. The cashier Stephanie wasn't just unfriendly — she was extremely rude after I asked a couple of questions. She talked to me like I should feel sorry for even coming in and interrupting her daydreams. She should not work with customers. Very disappointing experience.

This store ALWAYS looks like a tornado came through. Not sometimes, but always. It's a HUGE mess. Stuff all over the floors, everything scattered, things pulled off the shelves laying in the floor. There are many other stores in Springfield, and not a one of them EVER looks like this one. You need to get new management in this store.

Worker, possibly was manager was slamming carts back into their spots on 12/6/24, very loudly and slamming other items around like she was mad. It was pretty triggering and loud from someone who has PTSD.
