10/10!!! These guys were incredible. They helped me move all my stuff from a 1st floor home to a 3rd floor apartment and I literally couldn't have done this without them.The 3 guys that showed up were FAST, careful, super nice, and an absolute pleasure to hire. Not to mention the price was beyond reasonable.Can't recommend these guys enough!!!Service: In-county removals

Had the movers , Travis and one other man, move our mattress into our home.While moving mattress, they hit my ceiling fan and damaged it. Called and spoke to Travis on the phone, and then have tried to follow up with company AFTER Travis told me that someone from their insurance would call me. I am now getting hung up while calling and speaking to someone at Done Rite.Movers were also super unprofessional.Service: Local removals

Made an appointment over a week in advance due to positive reviews and confirmed 48 hours before the job. Received a text on the job date AFTER the appointed start time to say they would be an hour late. I realize things happen, and would have overlooked the lateness had Done Rite reached out in a timely manner rather than after the agreed upon start time. Not recommended.

To be clear, we purchased a new king sized bed and the furniture company uses this delivery company. I did not hire them directly.Delivery drivers mocking customers when they think they can't hear them is highly unprofessional and downright rude.I had gotten a call from reception at ten, order was scheduled to be delivered between eleven and noon with the statement that they would call when they were on their way. Noon came and I hadn't heard from anyone, so I reached out. Jessica was polite and apologized with the expectation that she would reach out and have the driver call me with an update.I called again around 12:35 because I still had no update. A man answers the phone and just says hello, no company name. I ask to make sure he's with DoneRite and he says yes. I tell him about my order and he says he'll figure it out and call me back. Almost twenty minutes later, I get a call from the driver (finally) saying they're ten minutes away. I thanked him profusely, but after he thought I hung up, I could hear him mocking the way I thanked him.When they arrived, they smelled like pot and claimed their schedule for the day was given to them backwards, and we were last on the list instead of first.I wouldn't have cared what they smelled like if they weren't late and rude. Acted fine in person when setting everything up. I did not confront them directly because I wanted everything to be over with.Services: Local removals

These guys were great. They were on time, worked hard and got the job done much sooner than expected. Best of all nothing broke or damaged. Would use again and recommend to others.

Was prompt to respond. Gave great pricing including a truck and 2 guys. Very helpful, was on time, and completed quickly. Even helped get family members to new apt. This was all done with me mcalling from California to help a family member move in Springfield, MO. Thank you greatly!

Travis is the fellow that I spoke with. Very nice and professional. The 2 gentlemen who did my move were the best!! Nephew and Uncle team, they kicked butt and got my job done quickly. Polite, respectful, & professional. My help fell through and I called Done last minute. I lucked out they could move me and they did a wonderful job!!! Thanks for everything fellas!!

Moving from California to Missouri was a bigger challenge than I thought. So I started shopping around and Travis had the best price and flexibility that met our needs. I even had to change our original scheduled time due to the weather and he was able to accommodate us either way. They came they moved my whole truck down in 2 hours and it made my life way easier. If and when I move out I'm calling him again. Thank you Travis

Was looking for some guys to move my apartment on the 2nd floor down to the 1st found this guy after placing an ad on craigslist Very thorough and very professional and got the job done in 2 hours I would recommend this company to anybody they are the best at what they do and when they tell you they will do something they promise and deliver.
