Lots of selection but prices are just ok. It’s worth it when they have sales or you find your size in the discount section. But, if you are in need of a last minute pair of dress shoes for that surprise wedding you will definitely find something that stands out.

It should be called DSW for Women. The men’s selection is a quarter of the women’s. The aisles were so narrow my stroller couldn’t fit and I had to continually move things to get through. Will not be back.

A huge selection of all types of shoes. A bit expensive & when I went there was only one lady working & she was working the register. I'd expect to pay that much for shoes if we'd been helped & staff was easily available. Once again, companies cutting back on everything just so they can make more of a profit.

I love any DSW because I love shoes and I look choices. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. They have great clearance sales and discounted designer shoes everyday. They also sell handbags and other accessories. My favorite shoe store.

Love the shoes they have, the pricing and the other garments and accessories.. HOWEVER today I bought my shoes online and wanted an exchange for a different size of the same shoes. I went to front and explained what we needed and she has mentioned that it would probably be hard to find but I insisted on checking just in case. Kept the shoes upfront but took my order bag and receipt. Now going to the children’s section, I was asked by two employees if I needed help and I mentioned I wasn’t sure yet because I was looking for the boots and during our conversation of what kind of boots I was looking for, I found them and the size I was looking for! Yay! Then going back to the register, the girl mentions that she couldn’t do a refund - I’m thinking like what refund.. then goes on about putting it on another card. I look at her and said, okay.. why would I need the EXCHANGE on a different card… so then she brings the manager upfront (employee who asked previously if I needed help) then the cashier proceeds to tell her manager that I wanted it on a different card… LIKE WHAT?! I never mentioned that! Lol!! So the manager proceeds to tell me we can’t do that for refunds and I stop them both and tell them verbatim that I don’t know what’s going on on your side or what you two are thinking but all I know is is that I need to exchange the boots I bought online for the new size boots I found. Manager says ok, exchange is weird and we can’t really do that in store. I AGAIN stop her in her tracks, gave her a minute to maybe fix what she said bc I have never heard of that. So I asked her “so she is getting more shoes in through mail through DSW, if I need another size change, I can’t do that in store??” She said I could but it’s just a weird process… I’m sorry…. What the hell did that mean again?! I just was fed up at that point and was amazed that they have jobs there. I work in retail sales and I was shocked.. TWO STARS for you both. Half a star for the cashier FOR LYING TO MY FACE AND HER MANAGERS and one and a half for the manager for showing up for work and working with the cashier.

Let me just brag a moment, if I may on the establishment of DSW… a few weeks ago I went there for some Uggs & since I was a new customer I got 20% off. Then yesterday they didn’t have these running shoes in my size so I ordered them to be delivered to my house. Free shipping is 4-7 days and these shoes are out for delivery today! 10/10 love this place

HUGE Selection of shoes for men, women, children. Not the newest models, but they are still some really great choices available. Great customer service, too.

Worst experience ever. They would not let me try both shoes on at the same time, even with the employee standing there, “it’s company policy”. So let only try one leg on at a time for a pair of Jeans but not both at the same time..we will never be going back to this place again… Carnival shoes here we come!!!

It’s a little sad that they are no longer able to sell Nike but overall the selection of socks and shoes, and even sunglasses, are amazing! Prices are great and if you use the app a lot of times you can get rewards or coupons.
