They have a virtual assistant that “answers” the phone. When finally think going to transfer to real person, you leave a msg and no one calls back. Wont be buying Mercedes from this place!

Hours are not listed for parts department and if you have a part that was ordered and paid for, they can't help you during the last hour of operation. This is the only company I've ever seen have this issue. Seems more like they have no interest in doing their job. Thanks Elite for the wasted 90 mile trip!

Can never get them on phone in service dept, act as if they are being bothered when you go in. I believe they have no idea as what service is other than take your money
