DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS. They were Very friendly and seemed like they would be helpful and honest. BUT, they are FAR from dependable. I went in for 4 used tires and got a killer deal on them, butttt. I woke up the next morning with a flat, they messed up a valve stem, so I had to miss work. Called them up, they came and got the tire off at my place, and returned it. Was told that they didnt put the tires they originally selected on and there was miscommunication somewhere.(the used tires were shot out anyway, zero tread) and wanted to put the other tires originally selected on. Brought the truck to them to have the new tires put on. Long story short. I didnt leave until 3 o'clock that day, missed a whole day of work for 3 tires, they scratched my expensive rims up REALLY bad. And on top of that they broke a cap cover (40$ value) and pretty much said TOUGH LUCK and didnt reimburse anything for me. So I was out a days pay AND had to buy a new cap cover for one rim. Don't go through these guys unless you want your property damaged and be put a days pay and have to explain to your boss, when all you were trying to do is improve your vehicle. 1/10

I’ve been to Fast Stop Tire Shop four times now — my 4th visit being today — and I can honestly say they’ve earned my trust every single time. The staff is always so kind, helpful, and accommodating, no matter the situation. They don’t just rush you through; they take the time to make sure you’re taken care of, and that means a lot in a world where customer service often feels like an afterthought.
Every visit has been smooth, honest, and stress-free. They’ve consistently gone above and beyond to make sure I leave with exactly what I need, and I never feel pressured or overlooked. It’s rare to find a place where you’re treated like more than just a transaction, but here, you can feel the genuine care they put into their work and the people they serve.
If you need tires in Springfield, this is the place. I wouldn’t keep coming back if they weren’t the real deal.

Was out of town and needed a full wheel tire set up swapped out on the fly and Vicky and Dot got me in and out, even though the old wheels were rigged on they figured it out and got me on the road fast. Come by here good people good prices too 10/10 service.

This place is amazing. They took what I had for them which I appreciate since it was my birthday. Brand new tire mounted fitted balance for 70$
EVERY other place refused to put a tire on my car without me buying 4. super kind people. Quick to help. Accurate as well. My family has been going here for a while. highly highly recommend them

I stoped there one day and got a tire put on, got home and noticed it was patched and still leaking. The guy sold me a tire for full price and didn’t mention he did that. I didn’t notice tell I got home so I called them and informed them of it and they told me to come back and they would make it right. So I went back and they put another one on and it was all good tell I got home and noticed it was the wrong size which ain’t a huge deal in some way but it’s 3 sizes off. I definitely wouldn’t recommend going here. Screwed me over twice. Not saying all services from her are like that but I’d watch out.

I called in looking to get a quote to change out some old tires on my truck and have my replacement put on he told me 60 I confirmed price and work before making the 30 minute drive there once I was told it would be 80 says he mis quoted me on the phone when i asked multiple times about the price and work i felt scammed like the just reeled me in then once i was there they changed the price I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for honest and reliable tire shop
