    It would have been really nice when I called it 2:40 p.m. about driving across town to pick up some gloves it would have been nice if the guy that I talked to would have let me know that they were closing in 20 minutes so I wouldn't have driven it all the way across town for them to be closed

    You can NO longer Walk In and receive service. Such a shame, used to be my go to place but no longer.

    Absolutely worthless. No longer open to walk-in customers. I guess fastenal isn't interested in individual customer sales anymore. Waste of time...
