Recently brought an original painting to this location for pack and ship, after two phone conversations where I was given approximate cost around $125. In store, I was told the service would cost me $500. I realize there could be some variance due to weight or size changes with additional packing, but I would expect the estimate to be closer to actual cost than that, and no where that I have checked has cost been anywhere near $500. I was able to get it packed and shipped at a small business shipper in Republic for $147 including insurance. They'll have my business from now on.

We had to create a document for a eulogy. We came in and had Hugh help us . I have to say that his customer service and level assistance was absolutely top notch. He was able to take what we had and make it into what we needed from the ground up. He helped us for about an hour while working by himself and still managed to help all the other customers at the same time. If it was not for his help I don't think we would have got nearly the quality of product that we left with. I don't know that we would have even been able to complete the task at all.
Hugh, you're a rockstar and all the help was greatly appreciated.

There were only 2 customers in store using printers, I went to the back counter where there was an employee but no line. He seemed absolutely put out that I even came in to request packaging and to ship. Isn't that what this office is for. You provide a service for packaging and shipping. Just seemed like he did not want to be there at all and absolutely frustrated that I walked in the door. I was in and out within five minutes but this employee had no customer service skills at all. Just made me feel like crap that I even came in to ask for help to send something I needed to return for my business. Like a customer shouldn't feel that way at all. Barely even got a hello out of him.
My date of transaction was 3:38 pm cdt on Friday Oct 4th. I just don't understand why it was such a nuisance to help a customer with shipping a package. It was obviously pretty simple since I was in and out pretty quick and I only shipped 2 shirts, so less than 2 pounds. I'd get it if I had a whole truck load to ship, but even then, that's money coming into the business. I'm just blown away in the lack of customer service at this location.

Didnt keep good handle of cuatomers in the store. Misquoted cost for prints. Dont have rukers scissors the ususal stuff in an office store. Boo.

Google search currently says hours at 303 E Battlefield E , Springfield MO 65807 are until 10pm every day and says it was updated 4 days ago. . Just drove across town after work to make some important copies and the door sign says they already closed at 7pm. The other location in town near my house also closes at 7pm but their hours are current on Google, but this location is not accurate on Google. Wasted a lot of time driving across town - and didn't get important papers copied /was relying on accurate hours on Google. . Tried to leave a voicemail with store but was not able to - just got a bot directing me to Fed Ex in general and not the specific store with no way to leave a message. Your online hours need to be updated and accurate!

I’ve been going here for the last few years and David has been great to work with these last few times I’ve gone in. He is informed on what suits the customers needs best and is helpful all around. As far as the actual jobs being done the pricing is more than local print shops but turn around is close to next day. Shipping from here is good, it also can be pricier than a few competitors but the customer service is worth it.

In office worker sent me to the wrong department to assist with a package that is delayed. Then the rep they transferred me to, transferred me to a usps number to track my package and kept rerouting me to the automated system that continued to hang up on me. Horrible experience. And no reconciliation for my package has been found.
